Dam the supra was running 13.7 seconds? I have my 95' Non turbo SE model with the rz rhd interior upgrades such as my driver side airbag replaced with the non airbag and remove the cruise control unit, passenger side airbag replaced with the rz rhd compartment, carbon fiber hood Oem style, carbon fiber doors and both all factory color repainted the carbon fibers, street clutch and fidanza light flywheel, OS Giken lsd. Mild street ports and polished head, 264 camshafts, ported throttle body, knn drop in filter, custom modifying straight through stock muffler, and jet performance ecu .. I only ran 13.7 secs as well lol and only makes 201 at the wheels. Which is mine is 250 horsepower.
giorx5 Stock, Supras twin turbo at best ran 13.6 - 14.0 seconds in 400 meters. The 1/4 mile tests (402 meter) in the US magazines were consistent with that number. It was a mid-13 seconds car at best. MR2 GTS had a much superior power to weight ratio. It weighed only 2700 lbs and made 225 HP. Supra Twin Turbo made 320 HP, but weighed 3500 lbs. Big difference in power to weight ratio.

When MR2 GTS does 400m in 13.6", you just know for sure that Supra RZ does much lower than that. Driver is a great factor in 0-400m.

Stock supra turbo ran a 13.1 seconds on 400 Meter at 109 trap speed.. At at 320 hp.
