It's so nice seeing you again! Don't worry about not posting often. Take all of the time you need to get well :) Also, I am really interested in how the cassava wraps turned out. I am also gluten/ dairy/ meat free because of health stuff, so I know the struggle in finding something nice to eat. lol
Thank you! How are you doing? I'm sorry to hear that your dealing with health stuff also. Do you find that cutting out those things helps you? I've been making the wraps for a while now. I didn't like them at first lol, because cassava really is a unique flavour, my kids still complain that it stinks when I make them lol.. they turn out pretty good, although not always as pliable as I'd like, but then I looked at the recipe (haven't for a long while) and realised that I don't use 1 of the ingredients it suggested so that could be why ha. and I tend to add some flaxseed for fibre. I got the recipe from Downshiftology website, you could always then adapt it. I've heard good things about psyllium husk so hoping to try that in future too xxx
@@TheBlessedMum I'm doing well, thanks for asking! :) I have endometriosis and changing my diet has been life changing to say the least! My meals consist of many fruits, veggies, whole grains and egg. I have been vegan for more than 10 years but recently the Lord led me to eat egg. The only bread I eat are oat breads that I create and a health food store sells a flat bread made from cassava flour and other gluten-free flours that I've gotten before. I'm going to check out that recipe so that I'll have more bread options for any day, especially lazy ones. lol . I used to be in pain ALL DAY LONG but after making these adjustments as led by the Lord, there is no comparison, Praise God!!!!
@Angela Wilson Im glad that you're doing well 😊 I'm sorry to hear that, but I'm glad that God has led you to something that works for you! It can be difficult at times, though, especially when getting together with people or going out for a meal. I don't know if your on Facebook, but I follow a lady called Elavegan and she also has a recipe for flaxseed bread xxx
Eat natural (and eat meat sparingly), avoid vaccines, get lots of sunlight, avoid stress, and keep God's commandments (Exodus 15:26). This should go a long ways to improving your health.

Thank you, Mathew 😊 for sharing. That's great advice/wisdom, and I'm going to highlight that scripture in my bible as a daily reminder xxx
