  • This is a free gentle yoga class tailor-made for those with limitations due to dysautonomia. Taught by certified yoga teacher Shannon Williams, of Nourish Therapeutic Yoga, this class is inspired by her own lived experience with POTS and autoimmune disease.
    This class is designed to increase circulation, decrease pain, and nourish well-being. Relaxation with breathing exercises are integrated throughout, effectively lowering stress by calming the central nervous system. Rest breaks are encouraged, empowering you to always go at your own pace. This class is fully supine and can be done from a yoga mat or bed and full participation is not required.
    What to expect in this class:
    5 mins. Breathing Exercises & Grounding
    20 mins. Gentle Yoga with Breath
    5 mins. Guided Relaxation Meditation
    10-15 Minutes of Live Question and Answer
