Going to bed at 9PM can have many DISADVANTAGES like too many thoughts,all anyone can think about etc... Actually going to bed at 10 PM is doable because when anyone goes to bed at that time,they feel way more refreshed and well-rested.Oh and Also doing physical activity can make you feel more sleepy which is a BENEFIT. Thank you for this challenge. I usually go to bed at 10:30 to 11 pm.
