    I literally slept at 3:00 AM and woke up at 6:30 (before even alarm rang) with full energy and happiness than ever before! Thank you so much for this!

    I have been having trouble getting out of bed lately. I came across this last night, and gave it a try. I set my alarm for 5:30 and went to bed listening at 12:00 A.M.
    When the alarm rang. I got up did my morning yoga stretching and started my day early. I am surprised pleasantly surprised it worked on the first try. Thank you for this. I will continue using it, and will update. Thanks again.

      I already love Jason so I’m really hoping this works. I’m self employed AND WFH so my sleep is a mess. Too much sleep, basically. Need help getting back on track. I just ignore the alarm.

      @fung whyou Sleep requirement is different for different individuals. A person who follows a consistent daily spiritual practice and who has embarked upon the spiritual path in earnest ( need not be religious), one who embraces the concept of oneness of all life ( not separate from any form of life), one who practices yoga in the true sense of inner growth..............and adopts other similar paths of living, does not require even 4 hours of sleep.
      This spiritual approach to EVERYTHING expands one's energy reservoir to function in a balanced, positive, calmly energized and detached manner.
      This is what I've gleaned in my 58 years of being a seeker and by reading spiritual as well as medical books voraciously.
      Although I do teach yoga in my community and the schools where I work at, I remain a lifelong student of yoga and life in general.
      I hope I didn't offend you 🙏:-).

    Listen every night. Woken up at 7am for the past 3 days without alarm and I normally can't get up till around 10am

    2021 June update: More than a year. I don't use it regularly. I get up with an alarm nowdays after I used it for every single day for three months. However, once in a while I listen this because I still have it as a single play list I have made a long time ago.

    I have been using this video on occasion for the past couple years and every time I use it I am still pleasantly surprised how early I am able to wake up! I am someone who chronically sleeps in and can sleep through all my alarms, but with this video playing I am able wake up early with no hassle at all! Love all your subliminals! They have great affirmations and truly work!!

      Me too ..4 alarm’s..😮still sleep thru it.
      Worse case fell asleep in my car after a big walk..
      I woke up to my dog licking the police man who had driven past and heard a horn blasting !
      My head was on the horn.. didn’t hear a thing.
      I was so embarrassed about it to the police man. We all had a laugh.. it was then 5 am ..🙄😬
      But listening to this ..I wake up before the alarms.. have a wee chuckle every time I bet the alarms .

    I have been having a hard time getting up before 7:00 am or 8:00 am. I use to consistently get up around 4:00 am. I listened to this 1 time and automatically woke up at 5:00 am. the next morning to pray & workout. I was not tired! I love an early start on my day to be productive. I will keep listening to this & praying it keeps working every day!❤️

    Haven't woken up with my alarm before 11 am in months. Last night I slept listening to this and woke up at 7:30 with the first ring. Don't know if it's a coincidence but I'm keeping it up

    Day1: slept an 1hr 30m before my alarm to go to work for 3rd shift (current paradigm habitually late as well as oversleeping; self sabotage ruining good jobs & opportunities) told myself mentally and emotionally that my body would wake up refreshed in time for work saw myself clocking in 5-10 minutes prior. 😂💯🤣🤘🏽going to use this in addition to my wealth affirmations now.     I guess this is the first subliminal that I reallllly feel that it works! It helps me sooooo much for the early mornings. I never comment anything under a youtube video but this one is really worth it to share thr positivity.

    I am not a morning person and usually takes an hour or so to drag myself out of bed. Listening to this, I woke up naturally around 6am feeling rested (even though I only had 5ish hours of sleep) and ready and excited to start the day.     In order to be an early riser, ones rhythms, obligations & commitments of the day must be orchestrated to enable getting to bed by or before midnight possible.
    Perhaps there is a subliminal soundscape for that to be created?

    I'm onboarding for a new job and i need to wake up by 9 a.m. because they're going to be sending me documents & stuff to take care of -- tomorrow's Friday. It's almost 4 a.m. now. I have been unemployed for so long I have fallen into the habit of sleeping past noon. This worked last time I used it, so I'm setting my intention for 9 a.m. 🤞🏼

    This works very well I don’t use it often but when I use it I wake up around 3 or 4 am even though I go to sleep at midnight and sometimes later, but when I go back to sleep because it’s too early I’m tired when I wake up, so I’m not going to listen as much of it as I usually do and I’ll update what time I wake up

    I have been trying to wake up in the morning to exercise for the past month. I’ve been slowly working to train myself to get up earlier and earlier but have never been able to get out of bed and actually work out...UNTIL THIS MORNING. I fell asleep to this and it played the whole way through. I woke up on my own at 4:20am and I felt energized and ready to go! I’m going to keep listening to this.

    OMG .. i have been waiting for this things.suddenly open youtube and saw this coming out .. i have a very bad habbit wich is lazy to get up early .but once i do my work i will not leave it until im done... my big problem is to get up early... thank you so much for this video.will comment here for result next week .❤

    used this a couple minutes after 12 and i woke up at 2:41! i went back to sleep, but i started moving in my sleep and eventually woke up at 3:11 and i couldn’t go back to sleep (my body is most likely fully energized because i take naps)so I’m just laying down until 4! this works💗

    Today is Independence Day and I have a dance today at 9AM and I have to go to practice at 8 but I normaly wakeup at 8:30.So I had put this music yesterday for early wakeup and thus it worked I woke up at 6:30 today.

    I use a lot of subliminal videos but I have a feeling this is going to take me a while because I despise the morning. I am "all in" on this video and will update after I have listened to it for a couple of weeks. I am excited and hopeful to think maybe my first word of the day won't be the F word.

      @@happyfarmer1239 No change whatsoever but I am a very extreme case. I feel like I am waking from the dead every morning. I don't blame the video. I blame my body and whatever I am putting in it. I have never been able to hop out of bed. Now that I'm 51 I've been through several medical issues over the years so I take a lot of meds and I'm sure there are side effects not listed in the literature. Without some of the medications I would not be able to get out of the bed at all. I continue to listen to this video because I believe in it. Like I said, it's me, not the video.

      @@loragoff1969 I too am an extreme case. ME/CFS. Maybe the timing was right but I have been listening to another one of Jason's and it really has helped. It has been 3 days now. Try his other one. Wake up full of energy. Day and night flips for me and also have to take meds just to get to the coffee maker. Today, I didn't even think about it. Good luck!     I listen with a Bluetooth eye mask, felt like I must have slept in late, that surely it was past 9am, pulled my mask off and was surprised to see it was still dark out and only 6am 😂😮 so I got up 🎉

    I’ll use this for a couple days and then give you my feedback. Because I’m in disbelief with all this comments and also because i have a hard time waking up in the morning for several years now without being able to fix it because i work at a club on the weekends and I always tend to sleep around this time on the weekdays… soo will see I’ll be back in a few days with a really honest opinion

    This is my third evening listening before bed. I woke up at 06.30 on day one and 04.20 on day two . The only thinkgI'd say is to try to go to bed earlier in order to get enough sleep

    omg this works 1000%
    yesterday i slept at 12;30 after completing my studies and also told my friend along with family to wake me up at 6 am
    you what happened i woke up at 5 itself not at all feeling tried then i thought to sleep back for 5 minutes and woke at 6 at my phones alarm still i am soo in happy and fresh mood
    i downloaded this video and played it just once half of it i listen when i was asleep

    UPDATE: so i listened to this for about 20 minutes but then it gave me a really bad headache so i had to turn it off but THEN for some reason (well the sub ofc 😏) at 6am i felt super alert and awake but then idk why i snoozed and couldn’t wake up for ages so idk… maybe just don’t snooze

    I cannot sleep at night EVER ! I read and study topics of interest until daylight . My sleep has been like this my whole adult life ! I'm sick of not seeing the daylight like a normal person !
