I'd be careful and research to see if any products in the mosturizer aren't safe to be consumed. ik you are sitting there eating handfuls of the stuff but it still gets in your mouth when applied to the lips
It absorbs very quickly, i definitely don’t ingest it
This! <3 I use a hydrating serum and I apply it to my lips as well as my face, and then my moisturiser on top. I use the Torriden lip balm and I find it's better than vaseline, only thing that has worked for me. (check the ingredients in your serums and moisturiser before putting on your lips <3) My lips used to crack and bleed so bad it dripped on my clothes, love this tip.

The best thing I've found is getting outside in the daylight hours as much as possible also vitamin D supplements provided by my Dr are so helpful

Surprisingly SAD is also common during the summer months! Thats what I have and I never got people being happy about "summer" and "the best time of the year". Try therapy lights, they might help if you do not get enough sun in the winter.

Of course,Lady if you can't feel good with yourself on My case i Buy a new electric guitar and i'm too happy sometimes a Chocolate,ice cream or Coke .
Ich bringe meinen Sohn morgens und die Schule und auf den Rückweg nehme ich extra einen Umweg und genau so beim abholen. Dazwischen gibt es viel Hausarbeit und einkaufen. So habe ich bis mittags meine 10k und am Ende des Tages sind es zwischen 12k und 15k am Ende des Tages. Vielleicht Versuche ich es jetzt auch auf die 20k zu kommen.

That’s a fun game-I’d say the pain and discomfort level was at 55-60. Very unpleasant but nothing unbearable
I no longer visit rude people who comment on my facial features. 🕊🌿🌳 Most humans have a puffy face after our night sleep, due to fluids. After a couple of hours it drains away. Don't worry about it. Adult Females need 8 to 9 hours sleep a night. Every night. You will have a heart attack if you are only getting 3 hours sleep a night. A little bit if puffyness is normal, but what I had was on a different lev 😄 and the 3 hours were an example from when I was 19. I would never sleep 3 hours now. That is crazy. Need my 8 at least 😌

Nike shoes are not for long walks. ASICS Kayano shoes are very good to me. I walk 20,000 steps a day. No pain, no blisters.

I’m so glad I found this video ❤ I’m going through kinda the same I thought ever since I was 15 I would never want kids and always rejected the family concept but now going into my 30s I’m realizing what is important to me and I think I want kids now.. Tbh... I think it's more productive to work on that grip strength with deadlifts. Or at least suitcase walks. Standing with the weight is a good start, but without progression you'll not get there.
I am 75kg male. In that short he mentioned for males its 100%. I can barely lift 75kg, let alone hold it for 1 minute. I am quite fit, as I am a swimmer and do calisthenic regularly.

Surprisingly, what’s more important at 90 is being able to lift your arms above your head. You need to be able to get dressed, wash and brush your hair, and reach cupboards to be able to live by yourself without assistance. I understand that strength is important, however movement is crucial
