      @@achicha Will start leaving the ads . I wanted to get the app but I feel the workouts on TH-cam are working for me. As for the food I'm sure the diet plan doesn't involve our African cuisine therefore it won't work for me.

      @@makelotsofnoise each day I do different ones I always do the gospel workout that day I gospel dance party… 20 min intense standing lower body…intense full body fat burning Tabata and there’s one with two of her friends that joined.
      Oh I do the gospel one with 3lbs hand weights
      I get that kickboxing one in too.

    I don't know why I got super emotional about three-quarters into this workout...maybe because I'm ovulating.. or that this music brings back some good time memories..but omg girl you are helping me so much!     So fun! Burned 130 calories. Wanted a little more burn so I also did the 15 min fast walk for a total of 270 calories burned! Would love to see an Usher workout next 👍🏼😁

    This one is a core blaster, girl! I'm in my 50s with bad knees, but I just modify some of ur moves to save the wear and tear on my knees. My son and I LOVE to do ur workouts together. I just wanted to say that for anyone thinking that they're not fit enough for Jo's workouts or if you have bad knees, etc. these workouts can still be great for you! Just walk, stand, or sit on the lower body and go full force on the top half. This one, in particular, burns the hell out of ur abs even if you're seated. Great job, Jo! (*Some of our personal faves are Britney Spears, Dua Lipa, 80s, 90s, Beyonce vs. Rhianna, and now Missy E! Keep 'em coming.)

    What I like about your workouts is how accessible they are. As an overweight woman with various work related physical stress and injuries I can't just jump in to a lot of the popular workouts. Your walking and dance workouts are mostly things I can do in the place I am physically (when humidity is not at 80% and higher 😅). Thank you for being here.

    Since Halloween and Christmas are coming up that would be a cool theme.

    That was truly intense and very enjoyable. Restarted my weightloss journey today with this video. I guess this is what i will use everyday for 30 days. which one do you advice for tummy, maybe i can add on. considering i'm lazy so a short video will be good.

    i happy cried at the end one i love missy two the last song always been my jam and 3 for me just pushing through i been consistently watching your videos and getting up believing i can do it even days i don’t i never felt like this and strive to keep going i’m proud of myself thank you jo
    *3/15 update from two weeks i’m was 227now i’m 215 and dropping … i was getting back in old habits and had to catch myself i feel so great after working out and jo smile and encouragement keeps me going… understanding it takes time patience and discipline… usually i woulda gave up by now but i can’t glad i found this channel realizing 10 lbs is a lot and not small
    update 3/23 i’m at 210 keep it going soon i will be out of the 200 and i’m proud consistency is definitely key 🔑

    Been exercising everyday for the past week because of your dance parties! Exercise flew out the window in the past year and a half but your positive energy and constant encouragement have pulled me out of the slump.     Listen im 29 weeks and this week has been such an emotional no sleep anxiety crying rough one but i got up today determined to feel better today and not quit at the end.....this was so fun!!!!

    I just have to say that these dance videos work the best for me,I started following you and began my workout exactly 4 weeks ago and I thought it wasn’t working and when I took my body measurements I lost inches everywhere and yet the scale never moved. Thank you for your videos and keep bringing them,they are truly helpful to me as I start my workout at 2am before I go to work at 4am,I am so full of energy. Thank you
