  • Friends of the Cancer Centre's yoga instructor, Mary Connolly, encourages you to take ten minutes of quiet in this guided meditation, which can help manage stress and anxiety at this worrying time.
    Mary is part of the wonderful team at the Macmillan Support and Information Centre in Belfast, where Friends of the Cancer Centre funds the complementary therapy and exercise classes for people affected by cancer. While the Centre is closed due to social distancing restrictions , Mary has kindly put together this video to help patients and families benefit from meditation at home.
