    Hello My Friend,
    This 10 minute guided Self Healing meditation will support you in manifesting a full physical mind and body healing. Each time you listen, it will initiate a deep healing transformation of every cell in your body. Other benefits include instant relief from physical pain, healing long term illnesses, finding deep levels of inner peace, an increased amount of energy, and the quieting of mind chatter. This Self Healing Meditation will soothe your body and relieve your mind of any so you can receive a physically transformative healing experience.
    Dealing with pain can make you unravel. I know. I have been there and I want to help you feel better.
    As you know, I have been working through a particularly challenging foot injury. Its taken me out of so many things I love (high heels included) and there have been times when I have felt depressed, hopeless, frustrated, and physically/mentally exhausted. When I feel like this I know that one of the best things I can do to support myself is to meditate. I find that meditation helps me reset and shift my consciousness so that I can find the present moment and view life in a positive light. This in turn eases my depression/anxiety/exhaustion; sometimes, it eradicates it completely.
    The endurance and uncertainty of an injury is emotionally exhausting. In those times where I feel lost, upset, drained, hopeless, or scared about what's next, I have turned to meditation and prayer to help.
    When you feel stuck in that place of hopelessness and depression you must find a way to shift your state of being. Remember your thoughts and beliefs affect your body's ability to heal. If you are caught in a negative thought cycle and obsessed with your pain, you'll only move downward. What you focus on expands and if you let yourself worry about pain, you are giving more power to it. Both health and illness is a part of life. When you keep that in mind and have a positive state of mind, then illnesses or injury can change.
    If you are feeling hopeless, depressed, or stuck in a state of pain, this quick Self Healing meditation can help you shift your mindset to a more positive place. This Self Healing meditation is about establishing a different relationship with your thoughts and affirming your body's ability to heal itself. You’re training yourself to place your attention where and when you want. This is very powerful. It gives you the ability to direct your thoughts (and mood) in more productive and peaceful directions. This ability has profound self-healing implications for physical and mental health.
    The mind is a powerful thing, and our thought and intent are as potent as any medicine.

    The most important thing to remember in our efforts to be good to our body is to remember to love it. In order to heal ourselves, it is essential to remove the negative beliefs that contribute to an unhealthy physical condition. We need to give ourselves positive messages all of the time and release negative pain. We don’t have to wait until we become thin or build our muscles or lower our cholesterol or reduce our fat ratio. We need to love ourselves right now and listen with love to the needs of our bodies. We deserve to feel wonderful all of the time and healing is your divine right.

    I'm in hospital because of AFib which hasn't settled for 28 hours. Doctors have tried numerous drugs none of which I've responded to, then I did this guided meditation and my heart rate went from 150 where it was stuck to 54. I'm an so grateful thank you.

    I came in angry and just wanted you to be quiet and get on with it, once you started I knew I had been guided to the right place, thank you. I listened three times, each time reaching deeper, I finished with a smile and sense of acceptance.

    Pain is a pesky part of being human, I've learned it feels like a stab wound to the heart, something I wish we could all do without, in our lives here. Pain is a sudden hurt that can't be escaped. But then I have also learned that because of pain, I can feel the beauty, tenderness, and freedom of healing. Pain feels like a fast stab wound to the heart. But then healing feels like the wind against your face when you are spreading your wings and flying through the air! We may not have wings growing out of our backs, but healing is the closest thing that gives that wind against my face.

    This is a very simple and quick meditation, but it works! I love directing the love and healing into my body while simultaneously releasing hurt and pain. I also find that I'm able to easily turn off my thoughts, which is always difficult for me. Thank you for a wonderful meditation! Much love ✨

    Caroline Jordan thank you very much, I feel that I am at peace with myself and yes it does let go of the pain caused by people who have hurt and angered me in the past. Holding on to something toxic like that can hurt a person both physically and mentally as well. The meditation that you are talking about sounds almost like what Doctor Zhi Chen Guo and his disciple Doctor Zhi Gang Sha talked about in Body Space Medicine. That cells need to be in motion to rid the body of the toxic stuff that is hurting it. Thank you very much Caroline and have a nice day as well.

    Thanks so much! I've had some bizarre discomfort to severe pain in my right lower leg, to foot and knee... no recent injury, haven't seen a blown blood vessel (which is pretty similar weird, random and intense pain ...but see no evidence.
    So started feeling like it was an energy block of some sort and really breathed into and out of it. Feels much looser, and I'm actually getting some feeling back.
    Namaste.
    Off to walk to get my 1st grader from school.

    This really helps it's 2:45 am in Los Angeles my life is a big mess I have all these negative thought trying to come out of my depression buts soooo hard but as I do everything she says In the video I literally starting yawning I feel ready to go sleep n just think of ur words cuz before this video my mind was going crazy with ugly negative thoughts ready to give up on life but I feel alil positive now thank you good bless you ..

    Thank you so much for this and all your videos! I've been binge watching your channel to help dust myself off after feeling depressed and sorry for myself after hurting both my feet! I'm thai fighter and I injured my shoulder so I started focusing a lot more on my lower body so much so now I'm injured there! smh. You're always on your toes as a kickboxer! My shoulder isn't recovered and now I have to deal with this sesamoid injury on both feet. Just wanted to let you know your channel is giving me hope that I'll get through it!     From taking those deep breaths and exhaling each suggestion, by the end of this video I did get some pain relief. I will continue too do this when I get to sit down and have a few moments to myself during the day and night.

    Iv never really used a self guided meditation before but now i see its a good way to teach yourself to guide your own meditation. Definitely going to be using more and training myself.

    i was riding a utv with my friend the other day. we were speeding and it flipped over. i didn't have my seatbelt on so i flipped out and scraped almost everything on rocks. i fractured my right ankle and sprained my left. i scraped up my most of my back and have bruises everywhere. i will update, and i wish everyone the best.

    Thank you for this guided meditation. It was easy to keep focused on my breath and not have much of my "monkey brain" talk plus I actually didn't fall asleep like I normally do. I like that. Music would have been nice though... 👼💗🙏👼💗🙏
