I will share with you today my super stable fondant recipe that I have been using for a long time. I will teach you step by step so you can make it right.

Ingredients:
powder sugar 950 grams ( 6 1/2 cup) sifted
shortening 3 tbsp (45 grams) add as needed
water 3 tbsp (50 grams)
tylose powder 1/2 tsp ( add more if it's humid)
glycerin 1 tbsp ( use it if it's cold or rainy in your area)
Note: Use quality marshmallows for better results.
Make sure to sift powder sugar before start.

Sa pinas po kc mainit ang panahon kaya madali cla magmoist. Panu po kaya ang ggwin. Sb nila dapat dw lg nakaaircon
Instead of glycerin pwede po ba ang glucose?
Maam fridge is sa freezer po ba maam or cheller lang po
Ilang grams po yong marshmallow
Di nakalagay ilang kg ang marshmallow😪
