Aluminum foil balls were big in Japan for a while. They would smooth and polish them so much it looked like a giant ball bearing when finished. That one must have taken serious effort to stop a .50BMG. I wonder how the AP would do against it if it hadn't been weakened by the previous shot. I’m English and have a gun license but we’re only allowed shotgun and rifles here so no pistols and 50 BMG has to be from a single bolt action rifle so no Barrett M82 or Barrett XM500 (I’d love to have both of those especially the XM500 but since they’re semi-automatic they’re illegal in England 😢). I’ve been Germany loads of times but I’m not up on what the law says about guns in your country and what guns you are allowed

I would love to hear the weapons being picked up on various mic at various distances so we could get a better gauge on the sound. When it's just one mic and being condensed or compressed a lot of nuances are lost in translation.
