The problem is this never changes. Nobody wants to talk about the lack of responsibility or lack of family planning or parental accountability here. It’s always systemic racism or how these people were failed etc. There have been mentoring programs & opportunities available for over 50 years & none of that has made any difference. These kids have babies at 12 years old & are still in 7th grade at 16. This doesn’t change because the rest of society tolerates this. They’re afraid to confront these people & say ‘we’re not paying for this anymore’.

Why is this story on again? Slow news day that you had to repeat the same thing again 4 days later.

Modern Minneapolis comes across as Bizarro World.

YA A BLACK MAN SHOOTING OFF A STOLEN GUN, THEN RUNNING FROM POLICE AND POINTING THAT STOLEN GUN AT THEM GETS SHOT AND KILLED AND THE SCUM CONSIDER HIM A VICTIM????

No sympathy for him. I do hope that he does have a decent future, he does seem remorseful, but no sympathy. Just think of the people that he traumatized. And we get this story frequently and it doesn't matter to people living that lifestyle. How about a gun violence breakdown by race? Tired of the no father excuse. I guess that single black women are not capable of raising responsible respectful children, is that what you're saying?

There's a reason that every single sizable blatt community in the world, no matter the country or culture, all have very similar outcomes in terms of safety and violence.

How's that racial equity over property and safety working out?

$22,000 to treat a gunshot victim is a crime in itself.

Yeah, it's probably more like $122,000.

@@browngreen933 Probably I was in the hospital one day overnight due to low potassium and sodium levels and my bill was over $13,000 insane. Still have to pay $3500 on it even with insurance.

Prior to the 1960s North Minneapolis riots, people just got along for the most part in North Minneapolis!😊 After that, never was the same again! Division, lawlessness and allegations now!😂

Time for cars to go. That would stop all drunk driving and DWI homicides. You people lack thinking skills.
