I’m so grateful to have turned my life around almost 20 years ago that it would ultimately save my life literally and figuratively.
After discharge from the military back in the early 1990’s I quickly joined a Motorcycle “Club”. I was still looking for the brotherhood or camaraderie I once had in the military. Plus I had a mountain of energy and loved motorcycle riding.
After about 10 years of brushes with the law, jail time, losing a marriage and facing addiction issues I finally checked into a VA Hospital for treatment in April of 2006.
I was not only addicted to prescription Benzos and Opiates I was also deep into my PTSD/Anxiety and many other issues.
The time in the hospital allowed me to reflect on my life up until that point. I also had a child who was 3 at the time that needed me to be his father while also a go at a new relationship with his mom.
My relationship with my sons mother (my 2nd wife) did not last but my relationship with my son and subsequent son is going strong. Not to mention my 3rd marriage and my relationship with her 3 children. Yes I’m a gluten for punishment I guess! 🤣
Anyways I’m 54 and my wife and I love to travel the U.S. via a motorcycle. I find it so relaxing and a day does not go by where I’m not consciously aware that things may have not ended up this way had I chose that “Club” lifestyle.
I’m still the same guy but I make way better choices.
I look at clubbing the same way I look at addiction.
    Jails, Institutions or Death.
We all have a choice in life. I just happened to choose and prioritize myself, my sons, my marriage, my community, my country and my faith. Not particularly in that order but all are a priority.

If there’s one thing I learned while being an active member and meeting members of many other clubs both big and small is that we all respect our brothers, their families and love this country.
I needed help in a bad way and couldn’t continue on the way I had or I woulda died, because of that my family at home also suffered so I had to make that choice and put myself and my family as the priority above all else. If those members who said they were my brothers loved me like they said they did they all would understand and they in fact did.

I’m pretty sure the entire family knew he was dealing drugs, the wife probably knew too. You can’t be that naive. This is the cost of doing business when you play criminal games. I feel bad for the kids.

Very detailed reporting. So much violence, so cold, all over money. You’d think they were avenging their dead mothers or something, glad these Neanderthals were caught. They all deserve to be compose for the prison grass.

7:25 listen to how the cop describes the gang member's surrender. It's almost like the cop was bragging on the guy.

Anytime your dealing in high quantities of drugs and money. Your putting your family at risk. Always separate your home and family from business.

Why does a grown ass man with a job still have the need to cosplay as a gangster? Biker gangs in many ways are childish, and seeing them walk around Bremerton the last 5 years while everyone knew they were involved in this case has felt insurmountably disrespectful.

How is it childish being a member of a motorcycle club? Not all motorcycle clubs are involved in criminal activity.

I make $100k and still live paycheck to paycheck and wonder if my a automobile issue, bad roof, hurt child, disease, a broken pipe under home etc will ruin me.I don’t condone it but I can see why the extra cash would be so tempting.
