@@CRISIS_COMICS venom has a coma...but big boss has survived worse than a helicopter crash...and it makes sense lore wise that venom would assume big boss was in a comma...seeing as he was led to believe he was big boss or are you suggesting that the man with metal in his brain is tougher and was conscious to see that him jumping in front of boss was pointless...also ground zeroes is still the medic...or did you not finish peace walker and hear kaz admit to knowing paz was with cipher...only for him to say "I cant believe we ever fell for that cover story" in ground zeroes...boss wouldve known and kaz wouldve known but not the medic. Kojima himself also said Big Boss has only ever been in one comma...and the passport we get from ocelot in the "truth" cutscene shows a date in 1978 I believe...either way boss was out for a bit but venom was in a comma, also most of what we see in V is the mind of a broken ahab/venom so take what you will from that
Big Boss was for sure in two comas, Kojima was either lying or wrong.
"There are no truths only interpretations" or are you trusting the same man who saw a flaming whale and Ishmael who was not there
@@TheIchigo375 Based on that quote, not even you can make any conclusion. Prove to me definitively that what happened on screen didn’t happen; you can’t.
@@CRISIS_COMICS Consider the the truth tapes...assuming you can trust ocelot which ITS OCELOT so kinda his whole character to lie, but considering his tape with big boss can be believed the line "I cant believe you are up so quickly" and the line at the beginning from what Venom presumes is Ishmael and then the real big boss during truth..."I've been watching over you for nine years" now either boss survives and is revived a couple of days later like we see when he survived nearly being nuked back in 64, or Ishmael is nothing more then the medic personality watching over venom as he assumes his role...either way I dont trust recalled memories....the entire game of V is Venom looking back on his choices which would explain how every single player could chose whether they would be demons or heroes...cause in the end you cant erase your sins, you are still the villain that has to be stopped at outer heaven regardless of your choices in the game...leading me to assume that as venom looks into the mirror at the begining of the game he is thinking what he couldve done differently...recall a memory from your youth and then recall that same memory after a month or so...odds are something will be different...add the trauma and hypnosis venom was under and the fact he was questioning "what was real and what was a phantom brought about from the coma" and you get the various weirdness and seemingly canon breaking shit that happens in the game...or do you honestly think that the infected Eli took over shadow moses in 2005 with only english speaking people...you can argue that sahalanthropus broke down shortly after escaping and was repurposed as Rex...but the loose thread of Eli being infected and being said to only have been found in 1995 in Afghanistan when we found him 10 years earlier in Africa...yeah a lot can be retcon...a lot could be misinformation....but both kojima and konami claim V is finished as is meaning mission 51 doesnt happen even if it makes more sense for it to happen
Kojima pulled the same misinformation play with raiden...all I'm saying is it makes sense if you look at all of V as you playing as a comatose medic
