- This daily ab workout by Pauline Perina ( the_french_fit ) provides 10 exercises that you are going to be doing for 30 sec each and you only have 1 round. If you want more, this total killer core workout can be repeated for 1-3 sets. You can do this routine at home or at the gym and anytime during the day. This 5 minute sixpack workout will soon begin to deliver a real difference 🔥🔥
WORKOUT ROUTINE:
1 round, 10 exercises , 30 sec each exercise, no rest
(If you do more rounds, take 1 minute break between rounds)
EXERCISES:
Crunches, Bicycle Crunches, Leg raises, 90 Degree Crunches, Flutter kicks, Scissors, Reverse crunches, Heel touches, In and outs, Mountain climbers
