I had a salpingal oopherectomy 2 1/2 weeks ago (removal of ovarian cyst, one ovary and fallopian tube) I am cleared for exercise and easing into exercise, today finally I walked (slowlly as I also got a bit of bronchitis post surgery) on my treadmill and did your arm workout and this one (with minor adjustments as needed). Yay !

Getting down on the floor is not an option here. They have plenty of other videos woth floor workouts. I love Lucy's workouts, but you can check out other videos for leg workouts. You tube has a video for everyone. Lucy workouts seems to be associated with older people with less impact on our joints but still effective 😊

The pear shape floor workout is great for legs. All lower body.
