  • I see that you guys are digging the no-jumping aspect of this series! But the sweat and the soreness is still coming on - so this is AWESOME! Today we are focusing on my fave - the core! I'll be challenging your ab strength as well as your cardio!
    You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through..PIIT style!
    Your 7 moves are:
    1. Walking Plank + Jack
    2. Dolphins
    3. Standing Twisted Crunch R
    4. Double Leg Lifts
    5. Standing Twisted Crunch L
    6. Hollow Rock
    7. Plank Jack
    The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week (28 min) at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready...you're gonna be life body ready!

      Same! I'm so happy to find a PIIT-ish workout - it really worked for me when I was doing it last summer! - but I'm in an apartment too and always felt super guilty whenever I had to do jumps, especially because I was only able to work out in the evenings. So this is awesome!

    love the vid! I read an article about you that stated that you are not as muscular as other trainers. but to be honest we all know thats not true, you are strong!! but thankfully you preach that you don't need a continues sixpack to be strong and healthy, and for that i'm very thankfull 😘

    Hey Cassey! This is my second day doing this video, and the first day was very rough for me, I couldn't get through it without stopping and getting upset. As day two approached me, I was able to complete this video with no breaks, and feel so good about it! I can't do four rounds of this just yet, but I'm slowly working my way up. Thank you so much for being the motivation I need to keep going...you're amazing.

    I hate cardio so this month calendar is a real challenge for me. I honestly thought I was gonna cry when I did the jumping jacks for the 4th time. But I did it and I'm super proud :) Thank you Cassey!!

    OMG you relize you're really out if shape when you die after the first round. But I can't keep losing weight and gaining it back, I wanna build some muscles and stop obsessing over food and TOUCHING MY STOMACH underneath my skin. It takes way more dedication than simply restricting... ED behaviours aren't signs of strength, eating under your TDI isn't a sign of strength, purging isn't a sign of strength. Trying to get into exercise despite the initial pain is! OK, comment finished. Time for second round!

    The May calendar is so different to all your others, its very challenging, more so than what i expected! i do add couple of your other workouts on top of the bootcamp ones because i really love them and miss doing them...     Just finished doing the 4th round of this video for the first time in a while. Decided to start 2021 following the PIIT 28 starter calender! Since I am not able to do the Plank Jacks because I broke my foot months ago and it's still healing, I figured changing to simple Planks would be the perfect answer for me - and I'm super proud of myself!

    01/11/2020. Just finished today's calendar. I feel exhausted, never thought that I'd make it to the end today (couldn't exercise for 2 weeks before). I thought about not doing the last vid multiple times, or doing it the easy, lazy way... But here I am! It is even hard to type right now x)) The first video (low impact cardio) made my legs sore and feeling like soft butter for the 3 next ones, so when I saw that this one had cardio standing up and plank Jacks I didn't thought I'd make it... However you just have the hability to motivate anyone, even the tired ones, and I did the plank Jacks to the end !! Very proud of myself for this because I usually hate them... Any way, just want to say thank you, keep going and rocking as you do! You are motivation!!

    the standing cross crunch was all legs and cardio for me, i didn't feel it in my abs like at all until the last rep, and then only barely. is there a way to make it more difficult? am i doing something wrong? anyone else having similar issues?

      Geek Dragon It inadvertently works your core. The cardio move will help you torch calories and fat and therefore your abs will show through

    Did it like 3.5 times. Given I think part of the time through some of them I was just like ughhh can't *cough* hollow rock *cough*. But that's okay cause I can only get stronger if I keep going and I want to build up a sustainable workout routine-- a forever lifestyle.

    When I did this video the 1st day of PIIT, I couldn't do all the moves in 45 seconds. Now I am on day 15 and I did all the moves without a break. I feel proud of myself ❤️

      Mine did too. I’m in the UK, got a message about a copyright issue which stops TH-cam from playing the video. There’s a print out of the video available on her website, that’s what I’ve used today, but hoping this will get solved soon x

    I started the piit28 starter calender 15 days ago and this was the first exercise. I died after the first round. Today 15 days later I completed it 😁😁😁 I am getting so strong. Sometimes I just replace a fat burn exercises by a 5km run and I can really feel the difference while I'm running. Thank you Cassie ♥️

    I love this work out!! The only thing is that when you do it 4 times through you do plank jacks (no.7) and right afterwards again as no.1, so I switched the moves around a bit

    Cassey, can you do a no-lunges, no-squats, no-pushups cardio (and/or booty) video? I have joint hyper mobility and my doctor just said I have to cut down on exercising :(

      in piit28's community there are people that have mental illnesses.. for example: me too! i'm bipolar and Cassey's videos and piit28 program have changed my life... now i'm more positive and confidential.. is very incredible how she change others life! (sorry for my bad english)

      sassy lemon I am doing other vids, yes. On other occasions I am doing fat belly flattener + extreme abs 1 + 5 moves to your fittest butt + 6min to sexy thighs + 3 min turbo arms + complete arms WO + another ab video... 5-6 times a week I try working out 40 mins or so :)

    I just finished the fourth set, concluding my first day of PIIT28, and man DOES IT FEEL GOOD!!! i was doubting if i could continue in the middle of the third set, but i pushed through and finished. wooooo!!! thank you cassey for always pushing yourself to stick to your values and inspire others who are struggling!

    When I was in college, I used to walk a minimum of 3 miles a day on top of 1 hr of cardio/strength and 1 hr of yoga, 5 days a week. 2 kids later, my exercise is telling the kids to "stop" and folding laundry. I've decided I'm going to change that. Thank you for inspiring me to get back in shape, Cassie.

      I have a hard time with it too. I just don't bring my legs as low as Cassey does or you can bend your knees too that might help.

    As soon as the plank jacks at the end finished I flopped. But got through it! Trying to get some nice definition in my tummy since my arms and legs are already where I want them. Thanks Cassey! xxx

    Hey Cassey, I've been using your videos as a part of my weight-loss plan (that involves good food too), and it's been working wonderfully to push me to work harder with a lot of fun. I'm wondering if you would be interested in sometime making a video for workout for sick days? I have a little cold right now, not enough to be bed-ridden nor do I feel like I should take a break from working out, but a little weaker and slower than usual. It would be lovely to have a video that would be great for days like this :).
