    i once had a trainer like this .... that poor guy tried to sell me a fake tub of protein so desperately but each day i would give him an excuse of not having the money..... During those days he would be so friendly with me .... he would support me every time during workouts , tell me to do this and that .... but the day when i told him that my parents are against supplements and they wont give me the money he didn't even talk to me from the next day....poor fella....

      fix guru maan in your bicep,tricep,legs,chest,etc nd eat guru maan as diet.. train by lifting guru maan....no need to go to gym ..just speak guru maan 100 times a day u will.get amazing results.......joke aside bro he is just to guide you. other things depends on you. u have to train yourself not guru maan beside you giving you support during lifting or anything....u illeterate Bouncy belly people putting left hand on your goggad (belly) and commenting like kids. ..grow up bro.......

    How to Spot a BAD TRAINER?
    Bad Trainer is the one:
    1. Who has beer belly but talks about fitness.
    2. Who aims 6 pack abs but doesn't understand number 6 just depends on genes.
    3. Who talks about biceps, abs, shoulders, chest but not squat or legs.
    4. Who believes that moving jaw can reduce face fat.
    5. Who believes crunches will reduce belly fat.
    6. Who believes in spot fat reduction.
    7. Who focuses on body building but not fitness.

    I pay 800rs to a decent gym n d trainers don't have any certificate.they just keep rooming around d gym.sab log apne aap gym karte hai.

    I have checked most of your videos.. what u said about trainers is that all true..one of friends suffered a lot.Most of the trainers don't share all information or they don't know. one big problem if someone joined jim they tell everytime"weight baro" some people got injury on the first day because of that.

    my trainer is my best friend he have alot of knowledge of about 8 years he has won around 30 gold medals + now training for state....he first helped me to gain weight from 45 to 80kgs but then i left gym for an year now i'm obese but he gave me a complete diet plan with moring cardio+evening workouts for shredding so far lost 28kgs still 10 more to go....thnxx

    Best trainer is Guru Mann sir ...i have come across 2 trainers in my five years of fitness first trainer had no knowledge and wud b always in leave during my PT other trainer i opted was 2 gud he wud answer all my questions that i asked him also the protein that he provided and his diet plan worked but above all is Guru Mann sir hats off

    I've no formal certificates... I've almost 18 years of experience of bodybuilding and can claim that I can make a candidate for stage performance ... Guru Maan is may be a good instructor. But He must know that certificates can not measure an instructor capability.

    I have gone through all of your videos & I really enjoyed them. I must say I am fan of yours. You explain things very well. Love you for that.
    Could you please publish a video regarding How to identify muscle/joint pain caused by incorrect range of motion/ heavy weight etc.. & how to handle/cure it. Should we stop training during joint pain? I am an intermediate trainer & I usually suffer from shoulder joint pain Only in Left Arm.
    I am going to start your 6 week shredded program from 1st April. Can I continue it with joint pain?

    Guru Mann sir please reply my trainer advice me to take a 60 days course including various products for INR 12000/- for weight gain and to correct my body structure on very second day of gym ... So what will i do

      Certified trainer will be found in expensive gym like gold gym.
      Buy a human anatomy book and listen to your body also any fitness book.
      Listen guruman.
      Avoid supplements india is rich in food items.
