the best routine for me is to wake up at 5 AM and go outside for a walk or run :) not only is it good for you physically but also your state of mind. waking up before the whole world and being in nature is just the most peaceful thing ever and it keeps you in a happy mood all day ❤ just my opinion

perfectly explained Guru Mann. Basing on my experience if u want to loose fat the best time to do exercise is in the morning with empty stomach and if u want to gain muscle best time is in the evening when u have taken some meals.

Usually we have split shifts Our first shift starts from 7 untill 11 and our second shift starts from 4 to 10:30 In that case if I do morning workout then I would require 8 hours sleep atleast which is very difficult and if I do Evening workout then entire schedule would be mess. Please tell me which one would you recommend??
Take the workout time from 5 to 6 wake up at 4 and do all the work before going to work ...if shift ends at 10 30 pm then by 11 you need to sleep so you can get 6 hours of sleep
