Last night I was in Saint Denis and there was a 4 man posse of reaper lords that randomly attacked us so we started killing them with our group of 4. They were all like level 200+ and my buddies were below level 80 I am level 156. Then we kept killing them and they called in like 9 people and guess what. We still killed all of them until they ran away. And I can confirm they were reaper lords.

Like the other commenter said, by this description's logic, anybody who plays a video game ever is pathetic for roleplaying as the main character by utilizing the controls.
That being said, it's amazing to me that they could take a game where your character can be free and ride with friends, doing as you please and focusing on the game environment with a world of possiblities, and turn it into a platform for a faux mil-sim/motorcycle club simulator where everything is strictly organized and players have to do utterly meaningless tasks for no reason. It turns a enjoyable couple of hours doing light grinding and messing around with the boys into a stressful chore, run by nerds on a power trip.
Equating them to the Van Der Linde gang is the biggest sin of all in this video lol. The Van Der Linde gang was a tight nit circle of skilled gunslingers who worked by a code but otherwise worked loosely and somewhat independently of each other, with the main camp being their rally point. This gang is more like the O'Driscolls, at least based on what I've seen and heard. A massive band of mediocre players who get by on their numbers, usually riding around causing trouble for the hell of it, ganging up on solo players and generally being nuisances.

Imagine spending hours in a game standing still looking at a map, multiple days in a row, "guarding" in a lobby that is literally filled with people in your clan, and somehow convincing yourself you're having fun. Animal Crossing bro did nothing wrong.
That's most likely part of an act. They most likely fuck around like anyone else when they fill a lobby. It's just telling everyone you can (remember they solicited whitelight) "I AM HARDCORE", total power trip. And if it wasn't just an act, it's borderline cult-like in it's process and how much it requires of you.
Either way, pretty unhealthy, probably seems like good fun from the inside, but Animal Crossing guy definitely dodged a bullet (if he existed to begin with).

I definitely wouldn't call these guys the Van Der Linde gang. They have more in common with the O'Driscolls than the Van Der Linde gang. The O'Driscolls are all about money, numbers and having lots of supplies (which the Reaper Lords seem more in line with). The Van Der Linde gang is about freedom and wanting to preserve the wild west. Being ordered and discipline is more of an O'Driscoll thing than Van Der Linde thing (just look at Micah).
We had one member who left guard duty for 2 minutes to urinate instead of using his official Reaper Lords™ piss bucket. He is no longer with us.

The first thing I thought when I was watching this video, was it reminded me of the early days of PS3 online. When I first started playing online with friends, we were just a group of guys that played Resistance Fall of Man as a team. And then that became call of duty 4. Those were the days of the best gaming I ever played. I don't play online anymore but if I did I would love to join this clan. This is what obviously happened: a small posse of only a few ReaperLords had a delivery of goods (which is in a fragile cart). 1 of the posse was just standing at camp & not helping to guard the cart. Other players saw that the cart wasn't well-defended & attacked. Maybe the goods were stolen & they got killed multliple times before other ReaperLords joined the lobby to help. Then afterwards they asked the guy why he had just been standing at camp & he said he'd been playing games on his phone. That is a good reason to kick him out IMO. If he had said his family had an emergency then he wouldn't have been kicked out.
