There are so many options in this price segment that I'm going cross-eyed trying to decide which one to get, and so I've purchased nothing. Next Level Racing, Advanced Sim Racing, and Trak Racer all seem to have great choices. GAH!
My thoughts exactly. I'll be buying a full rig soon and I keep going back and forth on which to buy 🤔 🤪
They all are way to overpriced. You can get a rig like this for under 400€. I paid for my rig+seat and a couple accessories ~450€. When you are from europe look at the motedis webside. When you are not from europe you can also have a look. Motedis has every messurement open for everyone. So you can take those messurements and go to your local hardwarestore and get the alu parts from there.
For the seat you can buy what ever you want. I have a used passenger seat from a small VW Up Cup Edition. The seat only costs me 80€incl. shipping and was in nearly new condition. I only had to clean the seat because the seat was a bit dirty.
@Musicbox Entertainment Another thing that's imteresting for me as both a combat flight simmer and a simracer, is that most of their cockpits, the GT Elite excepted, have a flight sim version which can be used for both.
The only thing you'd really need would be the MKB-Stand and maybe a system where you switch out your pedals by pulling a lever.
That would make the ideal Simracing/ Flightsimming cockpit.
Well almost, as the ideal flightsimming cockpit would allow for optional centermounting of the stick.😉
But if you're in those two hobbies, the NLRs do seem to be good value for money.
I have the F-GT and ive used it for a few yrs now and its amazing for the price..
I highly recommend it...

I'm just looking for a beginner wheel and pedal set and because of your channel Im pretty sure I have decided on which ones I want, thanks a mil.
I like the fact they took the formula stuff off and giving us 30% savings for equipment the GT3 crowd does use.
You should do a affordable direct drive wheel comparison between Fanatec, Moza racing and Cammus.
It would be interesting to see how one fairs against the others.

would a SPEED3 - Sim bucket seat fit onto the GT Elite?
You get a fair amount of seating angle with the included seat brackets it looks like.
I love my gt elite but I should’ve gotten the GT 1 evo. The adjusting on the elite is a pain in the ass.

owned it im now getting rid of it. if you tightened it even a bit to much it would cause tnuts to get stuck also the wheel collumns flex side to side really bad under high oscullations.
Idk y....but I don't like any pre made rig. I need personal customization, and fortunately my rig and seat budget is about 20.00 for welding wire. Most of these rigs don't allow for inverted pedals. This is a must for me.
Does anybody know if the nrg Prisma fit in this cockpit?

man those beams are an eye sore. when i looked at nlr line up it looked like it was missing something and this was it. its not a bad price thought i would rather get a asr 3 in the black powder coat and put that $80 in a accessories or you could get an asr 4 in silver
also if you dont need a bucket seat. you can save a lot of money by geting a used car seat. you can find lots of bmws getting parted out with good seats thats how i got my seat
@@TheRivalryDrifting so I have my GTELITE all set up. Very solid rig. Plus the guy in the video must be about 4ft tall .because there is no way the anyone would have it that low.
I am 5'9". And the uprights are perfect.

Nothing about this screams affordable compared to what it's competing against. for 799... I could go Trak Racer for 100 bucks or more less. Just about anything made for 80/20 will work with most 80/20 cockpits

If you look at Boosted Media's reviews of this rig and TR, you will see a clear distinction. The TR is very unprofessionally finished (metal shavings everywhere), and as stated in this review, things like shift plates are accessories.
You get what you pay for.
