New wheels and tires look pretty good! I don’t even notice the little squat it’s got anymore. Also I would straighten out the camber of those front wheel for my taste but you guys do you. I enjoy the project and will wait for more! Thank you and GOD BLESS!!
I'd love to see a build like this but made for the trails here in Southern AZ. That clearance would be ok for the paved and most dirt roads but 90% of the trails in S. AZ need a lot more clearance. My 2022 goal is to build my first one.
I hit lock and did cart wheels! I built a new kart with rack and gave my neighbor who is an ahole the old one and video taped him doing cart wheels! Definitely interested in the build plans
Air has mass, compressed to 60psi would be roughly 5x as much air in the same space. heavier for sure. A 3000psi aluminum 80cf scuba tank will sink fast in the ocean, empty it and it actually produces a couple pounds of net lift in the ocean.

I would have left it alone and, for a reminder HP cures ALOT of problems,oh and with the steering being touchy, drop the front pressure wouldn't hurt it too much,and yes I'm a master of getting out of work too.....lol

If I put bigger tires on my 250cc go kart would it hurt it I know more weight would make it a bit slower but wanting more ground clearance. Current tire size Front Tires 21x7R10 Rear Tires 22x10R10
Buy a tire machine from Harbor Freight. When I get water inside a tire, I just throw an old bath towel inside and wring towel out and repeat until tire is dry inside.
Adding a zerk fiting to those hubs won't do any good as those bearings have seals on both sides... It may force some grease under the inner race along the spindle shaft though... 😳
Padding? For going out and doing sketchy 5h1t at high speeds you cover your hide in leather! Track speeds grade cow hide to save wear and tear on your hide if you end up sliding across the pavement at highway speeds. I low sided my bike once and the leathers took all of the abrasion damage.

Then tires look great. Just redo the from spinal. Or better yet raise the rear end to level it with a spacer block that you can bolt in and bolt out

If you just flip the spindols, that difference might look and drive nicely. Try it that way, the offset might not be needed.

Your 6 gallon compressor would weigh about 12 ounces more with 100psi in it than empty.
