Hydro E Brake With Dual Calipers On A Go Kart! XXXL Go Kart Brake System

- Today we mount up a hydraulic e brake and fab up a dual caliper bracket for the rear on Gravy Bones. We also machine a sprocket spacer to keep the chain on our CVT kit from hitting the engine. Check out the links below and let us know what you think of this build!!!

I've thought about using one of those hand brake assemblies as a foot brake with a little ingenuity. Their so cheap it definitely wouldn't hurt to try.

Why don't you get a cnc plasma table? It would make it easier and faster to make all the the tabs and brackets.

When you need those odd size split collars you should just order a standard size it's just undersized and open them up in your lathe probably be cheaper

You need to come down to MO, I have a GTS 150 and run with 650cc sxs I will show you what stock shit will do I would send you a picture but it won't let me add me on your account and I will send you pictures and videos of some bad ass hills and mud holes I just got home, barley because my wheel bearing locked up and was shoting sparks the whole wheel fell of, didn't even have to take off the nut to pull it dude, thats really off roading

If cars and cameras can have a CNC plasma cutter, so can you. Half the video was you cutting parts the hard way. Could have fit much more content in the video with the plasma table.

I wonder is the Vevor easy to wipe off the metal shavings when its turned off? How much do you think it would reduce the holding power if you were to put something like construction paper down then when you turn off the magnet the filings would be on the paper. Just a thought.
