hi, I don't know about the keyboard and mouse but usable space is roughly 52.2 cm x 18cm. I have Logitech K780 and Mx Master s2 and they fit perfectly. However I used to have Microsoft sculpt 2 keyboard and that one was way bigger (and probably closer to typical keyboard dimensions than the tiny k780). I used to have that keyboard on the plate and mouse aside, but whenever I rose the arm i have put the keyboard over the left edge and worked like that (even though there is the bump). I would appreciate if one could buy different keyboard plates.
I don't know about that woman in the video, but I am 180 cm and the stand is perfect. For smaller person however (as the woman on the video is) I wouldn't recommend this arm because if you do not put it into the most risen position, the joint will eventually loosen (week, month, perhaps) and it will go down under your arms weight. On the other hand if you don't mind fastening the screw once in a while, than I guess its ok.
