Do not buy this stand ! I bought three of them on 2017 and one of them already lost pressure on the cylinder and cannot hold more than 1.4 kilo anymore. I asked their customer service for either a return or a explanation for how to fix. They refused to help because I didn't have my order number ( someone offered them for me as gift so I didn't have it). I would never buy anything from these guys.

Mine is stuck with gas spring at high position, wherever I move it down it rebounds up! Am I missing something?

Will this mount support a CURVED tv that uses spacers, would I need to use longer screws to go through this units small spacers and then continue going through the the longer spacers that came with my curved Samsung 65” 4k 7 series tv......and then be securely tightened into the vesa holes on the back of my tv?

Got it. Sturdy design and looks good. Swivels smooth and firm.Then I found the mounting bracket looks nothing like 5:13 Instead I got a square plastic mount that doesnt fit because its thick clunky plastic instead of a solid steel bracket like in the video. Everything was 5star up until that. Sent it back.

Is it possible / advised to change the 3 (m7x80mm) for the wall mount for shorter screws? The wall (made of concrete) is just 100mm wide and don't want to bore that deep. The TV weights about 40 pounds.
