What i did to lose 15 kg in 2 months: 1. Cut all soft drinks or any sugary products, cut fast food and replace them with homemade healthy food such as veggies fruits almonds chicken fish and low carb diet . Try avoiding bread but you can still eat brown bread 2. Make a daily homemade smoothie before sleep to keep up the burning process , it should contain freshly squizzed lemon juice and ginger 3. Sleep at night, avoid the night owl routine and try to get to bed before 12 pm 4. EXCERCIE : I know alot of us donesn't like it but well , at least 15m workout or at least jogging 5. Get emotional support : talk to someone that you trust or try to find people that have the same goal as you so you could get motivated or have a sense of competition or anything to give you determination to keep up your dream The end results that I personaly got : I got thiner , lighter and fitter. I felt like a better person and my confidence got boosted and i didn't feel shy anymore , I was 163 cm and 63 kg and then after my plan I reached 47 kg at the age of 15. I really want to help you all and become happy and healthier togethere. Stay safe 😻

Unfortunately any pastors and preachers don't tell us the reality that SIN LEADS TO HELL and a prayer wont save you. The truth is that we need to repent and produce fruit that comes with repentance, leaving a life of sin and walking in obedience to our Lord and Saviour. Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart and is waiting on you to open to Him and trust in our Lord and Saviour. God is not willing that any should perish but all come to repentance. I think i will be around 82-83 kg when college starts ;( anyway i jump rope 500-700 times and walk at least 3km a day. apart from that i am doing an ab workout from yt. i also tried doing chloe ting's workout challenge but i have not been consistent. but diet is the biggest factor. i am a vegetarian and consume around 1000-1200 calories. daily i starved myself for a while but that just slowed my metabolism and delayed weight loss. sorry for the long text.hope this was helpful ;)

No one will tell u this so I will. When I was ur age I like u lost this much weight in a short time just like u. So my brain tricked me to be like ohh I can eat whatever and if I get fat again I'll lose it it's easy right ? Wrong ! Everytime I gained weight after my initial large weight loss , it was harder and harder to lose. So whatever u do, don't let ur mind trick you and tell u oh ok u can go back to eating unhealthy and if u get fat you can lose it easy . I will tell you one thing darling, you MUSN'T let food control you. Isuper skinny or food documentaries they are real eye openers and very motivational when it comes to cutting down on food. Hope this helps 💕
Start small! Don't be a heroe and drop every single bad habbit at once. Promise yourself to stop one bad habbit once a week or once a fortnight. So maybe give up softdrink for 2 weeks. Then stop one more habbit. Then once you're done, replace the bad with good. Eg maybe you like roller skating? Or surfing? Or pilates or jogging? Do something fun! It doesn't have to be the gym. And love yourself! This is most important. Remind your head that you love your body so you want to take care of it.

Honestly eating habits - they may seem so small but they will help so much - the little changes e.g. stop drinking tea every morning etc - ends up making big changes in the long run + also might be a good idea to count your calories - my fitness pal is a good one to track calories and you can also save recipes on there too + the reason why I like it is because you can also track exercises + even cleaning up too which will show you how many calories you can burn 💗

hey sis, please don't go on a diet, just make sure you make healthier choices and have a more active lifestyle, I know you probably hear that a lot but a temporary diet would only lead to you going back to unhealthy foods, which would result in you gaining even more weight than you already have (Trust me I have been doing temp diets all my life, it is the worst thing to do). just stick to a healthier lifestyle ❤️

I wanna lose 30kg (80kg-50kg) and i feel like i need like help. Hey! Not sure if you’re still looking for advice but when I plateaud on my weight loss journey, I did a metabolic reset. Eventually when you limit your calories, your body gets used to it. What I did was I indulged and ate whatever I wanted for like 4/5 days and then restarted my diet. I was so scared at first of gaining weight but it definitely reset my metabolism and I started losing weight again.
What an amazing transformation and much respect to you ❤️ going through a weight loss process takes real determination and I know it first hand since I also made a video about my 30 kg weight on my channel but also my clients ‘ weight loss. I literally kind of gave up after dr . nutrition .
Hey darling, please stay active!! but also be cautious with what you eat, if you are constantly hungry eat healthier foods, it is fine if you have a chocolate bar, but only take 1 A Day (not more) also learn to love the food you eat, appreciate it and eat more slower, effort was made to cook your food, don't eat it too fast. My whole life i was 48-56 kg but last year i put some weight during treatment then i got Pregnant it’s almost 1 year 5 month and i become 56 kg to 78 kg after delivery i was 78 kg in one month i lost some weight now i'm 72 kg but i'm trying to go back my pre pregnancy body i do chole ting 2 program together almost 1 hour 30 minute exercise 5 days at a week and eating clean but sometimes i just can't control and eat unhealthy but i'm pushing my brain all time that you have to eat healthy even i Don't watch unhealthy food on online😑 pray for me anyone get any progress update then comment below👇 remember Everytime you can do this🤗

I will tell you one thing darling, you MUSN'T let food control you. Isuper skinny or food documentaries they are real eye openers and very motivational when it comes to cutting down on food. Hope this helps 💕
Start small! Don't be a heroe and drop every single bad habbit at once. Promise yourself to stop one bad habbit once a week or once a fortnight. So maybe give up softdrink for 2 weeks. Then stop one more habbit. Then once you're done, replace the bad with good. Eg maybe you like roller skating? Or surfing? Or pilates or jogging? Do something fun! It doesn't have to be the gym. And love yourself! This is most important. Remind your head that you love your body so you want to take care of it.
you remind me of one of my friends who is from morocco. she looks a lot like you and OMG! I relate to you so much. I also tried being healthy & losing weight but I gained it back when I gave up & started being unhealthy. I wanna start being healthy again & lose the extra fat in me. I already eat less but I'm not active at all NGL. I need to work out but I get so freaking lazy to do it and I hate myself for that ToT... I really hope I can get healthy all over again & lose weight & be confident :')

Heyy yall ima starting my weight loss journey today and my boyfriend who lost 20kg in 2 months so what I’ll be doing is running 45mins every morning then in the day I’ll be doing 45 minute of skipping and then 45 mins of running at night then I’ll be eating egg and spinach for breakfast for a snack watermelon then for lunch a smoothie or protein shake and dinner a low calorie dinner I’m trying to loose about 27 ish kg by 10th of December I’ll update you in a week

Honestly eating habits - they may seem so small but they will help so much - the little changes e.g. stop drinking tea every morning etc - ends up making big changes in the long run + also might be a good idea to count your calories - my fitness pal is a good one to track calories and you can also save recipes on there too + the reason why I like it is because you can also track exercises + even cleaning up too which will show you how many calories you can burn 💗

hey sis, please don't go on a diet, just make sure you make healthier choices and have a more active lifestyle, I know you probably hear that a lot but a temporary diet would only lead to you going back to unhealthy foods, which would result in you gaining even more weight than you already have (Trust me I have been doing temp diets all my life, it is the worst thing to do). just stick to a healthier lifestyle ❤️

I wanna lose 30kg (80kg-50kg) and i feel like i need like help.
Because in the last 2 months ive lost 6kg (86 - 80) but ive been plaetuing/maintaining
And ive been eating like 1000 cals a day and excersizing on and off.
In this past month ive lost NO weight and feel like ive given up.

Hey! Not sure if you’re still looking for advice but when I plateaud on my weight loss journey, I did a metabolic reset. Eventually when you limit your calories, your body gets used to it. What I did was I indulged and ate whatever I wanted for like 4/5 days and then restarted my diet. I was so scared at first of gaining weight but it definitely reset my metabolism and I started losing weight again.
Also a lot of drink water if you’re eating salty foods you’ll retain water if you’re not drinking enough
