    Thank you soo much for this channel, what you do matters and has made a great impact on my life, I am 59 yrs. And for a most of my life I have had high Blood pressure, I'm mean really high like 180 over 120 high, two different meds I had to take, but now I am off all medications and my blood pressure average is 125 over 70, and only different things I have done is your extensive breathing exercises and daily sauna, I have been off all medications for over a year now, thanks again soo much!!!....😃

    I like to use the affirmation "I am mastering breath work" while we are at the hold stage in this video. It makes me hit the mark with ease. Don't underestimate the power of intention.

    • @tokyo4eva583
      @tokyo4eva583 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      The power of "intention " wow let me tell you ana amazing experience at had at work. I was so tired and muscle pain all over my body and my mind was in so mich stress. It was a 12 hour shift at boots uk factory picking packing. Standing all day. All I was thinking about was going home eat and sleep for a long time. I hated the job so much but was forced because of money. Then in a split second while standing working I had thought about quiting work so I could just not be in such pain anymore. In that moment I really had the" intention" and made my decision .In that moment my mind and body suddenly flooded with euphoria and ecstatcy the pain was gone and I felt I just woke up from the best sleep I ever had. In that moment I realised the power of intention and how the body and mind really work in mysterious ways. Wow I was completely shocked.

      @@tokyo4eva583 Wow, what crazy experience! Your'e absolutely right, the power of intention is much much stronger than most realize. This is also why intention setting before sleeping or when waking up is such an amazing thing to do.

    Thank you for this video! The breathing pattern is perfect! 🌹🙏🥰 I would maybe prefer different background music through the rounds at a lower volume. It is quite loud compared to your voice and , maybe its me, but I get a bit nervous from the music. Normaly I relax already during the rounds. But I loved the patterb and the length. Thanks again ❤

    you should have a small circle on the inside of the moving bubble to signal max exhalation and a circle on the outside to indicate full intake, I think that would make following a lot more manageable.

    • @TAKEADEEPBREATH
      @TAKEADEEPBREATH  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Absolutely use mouth if you like, I suggest the nose because its more gentle, a little easier, less stressful, and you'll not lose so much water and have a dry throat

    • @brightboy312
      @brightboy312 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      also because your mouth is made for eating or gulping for air in times of high aerobic activity while your nose is made specifically to take in air.

      @@jps8678 I have gone over 5 min breath hold after 2 years of doing this style of breathing (Wim Hof method). The key is NOT to let ALL your air out on the exhales (he says to breath fully out and empty your lungs) This is NOT what Wim Hof suggests. You ALWAYS breath fully in, but on the exhale you just let it (air) go. NEVER fully out. It's hard to explain but just think of it as a "normal" exhale like when you breath normal. I hope this helps.
