    This is amazing breathwork. Not only do I feel less stress, but this really helps with pain in my lower back. I’m not sure why, but it works! I’m gonna check out your hypnosis videos next. Thank you!!!

    Congratulation, the best of this breathing series with the nose. I like when is no voice counting the seconds, so I can concentrate in the breath, therefor I love the guide of this lady in other videos, she start the round and warn you in the end, and there is only the sound of the breath. Don´t like the videos when Wim Hof is speaking, is to noisy you can not concentrate in the breath. Thank you.

    I thought this was fantastic! I'm wondering if it's a type of WHM and Buteyko fusion. Have subscribed to the hypnosis channel and look forward to listening. Thank you.

    Hey I love you Channel and follow all your Videos! This one has a great technique. But would you mind making a second version with just the sound of the breath instead of the additional voice saying in to the nose out to the nose? Your instructions in the beginning are very clear as always and it's more meditative with just the breathing and music.

    Would you please explain why the practice starts with 4 seconds outbreath and then goes on with 2 sec?

    • @TAKEADEEPBREATH
      @TAKEADEEPBREATH  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Round one is a more gentle way in, so you get use to breathing at a pace then its increased which personally i prefer compared to going straight into a faster breathwork, personal preference, some like to go straight in.

    I really get distracted by the narrator narrating every single in and out through the nose cue verbally.... would be better without the narration.

    When I hold my breath I feel this strong vibration and humming sound in my head. Feels great but strange.
