    Last year, my health declined with a diabetes diagnosis that impacted my kidneys. My creatinine was 3.0 mg/dL, and I experienced joint pain and severe fatigue. I started taking 300 milligrams of vitamin B1 daily. In three months, my kidney function improved, and my creatinine dropped to 2.0 mg/dL. Don’t underestimate vitamins. Try vitamin B1 and consult your doctor! Thanks you so much! Great video.

    Grapeseed is not recommended . Grape seeds contain 8-20% oil by dry weight. To extract the oil, manufacturers use mechanical techniques or organic solvents, such as hexane, acetone, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, or methanol. Grape seeds are a byproduct and not for human consumption. If you have joint pain swelling, etc, any oil made from seed will make it worse , as they are all inflammatory. Plus if you have stomach or intestine problems psyllium husk acts like sand paper , best to use inulin. Also cruciferous vegetables are good for kidneys. Found that cabbage juice is really good for kidneys. No haters, please , just trying to help . 🙂

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you for sharing your insights! You’ve raised some valid points about grapeseed oil and its extraction process, as well as its potential inflammatory effects. For those with joint pain or digestive issues, considering alternatives like inulin and focusing on cruciferous vegetables, such as cabbage juice, might be beneficial. Have you personally experienced improvements with these suggestions? Your experience could be helpful for others looking for kidney-friendly options.

      @PureNutrition101 Hello , I have found taking raw cabbage juice , baked or boiled , and drinking the cabbage juice after it is cooked to be beneficial. Swallowing raw ginger and garlic also helps . Cauliflower , broccoli good , word of warning people who have had stomach problems or had stomach cancer my not tolerate the cruciferous veg.
      D3 with k2 is beneficial for people who have joint pains . They have found that most people who died from covid had low levels of D3 , as published by many countries but do not get national news recognition . There is no money for big pharma to recognize the findings . Inulin is one of the best prebiotic and prebiotic , goes under the name of sunchoke, Jerusalem artichoke also can go by the name of "fart" choke because of the amount of gas it can create when first taken , and not to be mistaken for the globe artichoke , which everyone report as the one to take .This is totally false and misleading .
      Sunchoke resembles narly potatoes and can be eaten raw , baked, boiled, etc .
      Globe Artichokes, on the other hand, are members of the thistle family . One last thing, all oils made from seeds are inflammatory canola being one of the worst . The seeds used to be waste, and then big food companies found a use for them.
      Canola oil originally was made for industry as it had a high burn temp, as is cottonseed oil and the rest . You can leave seed oils uncovered, and no insect will touch
      Sorry for rambling .
      My medium is not texting . All the very best 👍
