    I was in a bad mood for no reason with low energy. Felt like skipping today. Instead, I put on a song that always makes me dance, hit repeat 3×, then started this workout. Lifted more than I have for each exercise and was actually able to do curtly lunges with a weight and proper form. Sooo happy I didn't give in to the defeating thoughts. Thank you Sydney for instilling this mindset of action>motivation!! 🎉🎉

    I thought last week's glute training was hard. Chhhiiillle...this was a BURNA!!! 🔥🔥 I love working one leg at a time as it let's me know which leg is weaker and I'm able to focus on making it stronger. Epsom salt bath tonight is already on the books. Got to soak this booty, lol! 😂

    I’m not in good phase in my life currently, I cried a lot before and during this workout still I crushed it and increased my weights, I’m proud of me. Thank you Sydney ❤

    First time back doing split squats after 12 months of feet/leg issues and I used my yoga block and it was so good to get back to these, thanks Sydney for this great workout and I loved your talk at the end about going up in weights which is exactly what I did and it feels so rewarding ❤❤❤

    STF t2 32 OMG! I feel like my glutes were hit with a bat!!! 35 lbs. were big for me! I finally mastered split squat at 25 lbs. with great form!!! Thank you Sydney for making me stronger!!!

    Today I reached a new personal best of glute bridging 25KG! My glutes used to be the weakest part of my body after a nasty ankle injury 5 years ago. Can't believe they're now one of my strongest, thankyou Sydney!

    Geez!!!! Tough workout but I am amazed as to how stronger I am getting. I added Sydney's 10 minute cardio to this and her 10 min band stretch. Feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. ❤

    I caught myself rolling my eyes at the very end. I was having an actual dialogue with Sydney like “you know that hurt and that wasn’t cool.”😂😂😂

    Yes, crushed this workout today! I did 3 rounds of split squats!!! I don't have a bench, so I'm using an outdoor side table with a thin cushion on it. It's the perfect height and the right amount of cushion. Looking forward to tomorrow!!

    Sydney!! I did this one today instead of yesterday and I took a nap after work and woke up and can feel some lactic acidosis buildup in my glutes!! I usually don’t feel it until the next morning!!! You are whipping me into shape!!! Lol!!! Love you!!!!!

    Feeling proud for increasing my weights for split squads to 30 lbs plus a light glutes band - tis really slowed down the movement and it was epic. Thank you, Sydney, for always encouraging us to push past our personal best and evolving our game and mindset. So grateful to be in this community.

    THIS GLUTE AND BUTT WORKOUT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I will definitely be stretching tonight before bed!!! I am beyond excited for the extra push, effort and the variety of weights, resistance bands and kettlebells I used today! As always Sydney thanks for another incredible workout!!!

    Had black coffee and crushed this workout with my best mind muscle connection, today I loved my Bulgarian split squats as my form was just perfect 😊. Today I'm feeling so good like I can concur anything, now the only thing left is to study my best 😊.

    Gosh!!! I can't believe I did it all! Sydney u have made me so much better. I find myself buying weights and excited wn it's delivered. I used to struggle with 15 and 20 now I'm at 25-30. I used to go to the gym but did only cardio; now I workout at home n lift like I hv never. I am 203lbs but my body looks good n I feel good! Thank you!❤

    I made my own booty bella…put my glute band across my hips and hung ten pound weights either side…worked great

    Coming off of a legs-heavy cardio day (my own addition) then a quad-heavy leg day and into this one, I started out feeling like this was going to be one of those "best you can give on this day" efforts. It was that, but after warming up and loosening the muscles up, I felt pretty good. Great workout! The program's working!

    Over the past 3 yrs. I went from fast forwarding split squats to bodyweight to 5 lbs, 10 lbs, now im at 15🎉

    Loved this workout. Personally had so many things going on and on my mind but still crushed this workout. Think I may start those split squats at the 20 pound dumbbell next time and get to 30 for the 3rd set by the end of this tier. So many amazing goals I have for myself.
