Great leg burn! Felt the shake! Loving the Breakthrough program this month! Feels more like old-school Sydney. I like longer work periods, shorter rest periods, increased cardio and conditioning, and bodyweight intensity! I'd love for you to bring back the EPIC trilogy that was Accelerate - Burn - Shred!! Needing this kind of challenge.

I did this workout this morning. I was so ready to lift heavy & then I started having knee pain at the beginning. I dropped weight & still finished, but I'm really wanting to lift heavy.

I don’t normally post a comment but I really loved this workout. I have pretty strong legs but this really tired them out. Instead of the squat hold and moving my one leg I stood on a bench and squat up and down. That really tired my legs out. Thanks for the workout!!

Usually I feel my strongest on leg days but man today got me! Such a burner. So proud! I love this program and I’m surprised by how much I’m enjoying the cardio. I usually dread cardio and just want strength but the cardio has been so energizing. Thank you!

While I'm not yet able to use a weight with split squats, I've been working hard at the split squat move and was able today to do ALL sets! Next stop, adding a dumbbell!

I've never been disappointed in a workout challenge. Each month takes us to new levels and provides us with an opportunity to not only grow our strength but our confidence. I do find the hamstring pulls with sliders tough. May get a stability ball to see if that works better for me.
I love the breakthrough challenge it’s taught me so much. I love her motivation speeches at the end because it keeps me motivated and gives me something to think about throughout the day. This is probably the heaviest I’ve ever lifted. Today I did hip thrust at 125lbs so proud of myself for pushing myself

Been struggling with some sciatic pain the past few weeks. But am still doing these workouts. Just using a lighter weight. Once I get moving, the pain eases up. Trying not to be frustrated that I can't go heavy right now

I’m learning to listen to my body and mind! Personally I like working out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday! Having a rest day on Wednesdays work for me and I love that there’s a workout waiting for me on Thursday. Thank you Sydney!
I love this breakthrough program. I find 45 min a tad too long as I find myself rushing to get ready in the am. 40 is perfect. I’ve stayed consistent in this program and I look forward to what’s next! Thank you as always for pushing me!

I’ve done 11 different programs of Sydney’s since Sept 2022. Two of them were 3 month long and I have absolutely LOVED every single workout of Breakthrough. It has been the best and I look so forward to what it is yet to come.

Great workout!! The only thing I had a problem with was the double hamstring curls with the sliders. I wasn't strong enough to keep my glutes engaged on the pull-in so I didn't feel what I wanted to feel doing these. Still got me sweating though!

I did last week and today’s lower body videos in the gym and man do I feel a difference. I’m incorporating heavier weights and the use of machines for some exercises and it is a big step up from just using dumbbells at home. I loved Breakthrough! It has been a while since I’ve stuck to completing a month long program, so I’m super proud of myself. Month 1 of 12 CRUSHED!

People sometimes ask how I start motivated to workout everyday. I mean if you had a Sydney in your daily life you would show up every day as well. It’s also a choice. I make the time for me and my mental health to show up every day. When I was getting divorced working out was what helped me me stay focused and kept me from being so angry and depressed. Kickboxing weight lifting and focusing on my future not my past. First and foremost my faith in god and myself thank you Sydney for always being here and creating such a positive environment ❤❤
I know I'm a little late for this one, but today was one of those days when I wasn't feeling my best. I woke up cranky and had a full day of taking care of others. Thanks, Sydney for motivating us to show up when we don't feel our best so that we can take care ourselves just for a fraction of the day.
