      I really liked the quicker pace! I've been starting the day with your flows and am really liking them :) The only point of feedback I'd add is that they sometimes feel a bit repetitive. It would be great to have some more balancing moves (like flowing into crow) and hip openers (esp pigeon). I also love bridges and other heart openers at the end. Keep up the great work and thanks for creating all of these - they really add to my day :)

    I enjoyed the quicker pace of this practice - exactly what I was looking for in the time frame I needed! Thank you!
    I also appreciated the reminders and encouragement to enjoy a well-deserved savasana and to allow myself to surrender into it. I often am too efficient with my time and I'm on to the next thing. My body and mind deserved that 4 min ending. Thanks!

    Oof! In 1 word: sweat! Such an intense workout. Feels amazing tho. It's a perfect fast workout, as somewhat of a beginner yogi some of the positions are hard but attempts were made😂
