EASY 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies!!! Last minute holiday dessert

These peanut butter cookies are a SUPER easy dessert you can make last minute for holidays and they’re great to make with kids. Feel free to add other candies on top to change it up.

Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
Peanut Butter: 1 cup (240g)
Sugar: 1/2 cup (100g)
1 large egg
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick baking sheet.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 large egg. Stir the ingredients together until well combined. You can use a whisk, hand mixer, or stand mixer for this step.
3. Scoop out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon or cookie scoop. Make small cookies, as they will spread slightly during baking.
4. To help the cookies bake evenly and create a classic peanut butter cookie appearance, gently press down on each cookie with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
5. If desired, you can optionally add Hershey's chocolate kisses or other chocolate candies on top of the cookies before baking. This step is entirely optional and can be skipped to keep the cookies dairy-free.
6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
7. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter cookies!
