SUPERBOWL SNACK TOUCHDOWN TACO DIP!! Bean, Cheese, Cream, and vegetable dip recipe. W/Zayn!

This touchdown taco dip is a great snack! Zayn said her family always had this for Super Bowl parties and she would even ask for it for her birthday because she loves it so much! You can also serve a lot of people by putting the toppings on the side in case they want to add extra or don’t like some of them.

Touchdown Taco Dip
Ingredients:
Refried Beans Layer:
Refried Beans: 1 can (approx. 400 grams)
Taco Seasoning: 1/2 packet or to taste
Creamy Layer:
Cream Cheese: 8 ounces (225 grams), softened
Sour Cream: 1 cup (240 milliliters)
Taco Seasoning: Remaining half packet or to taste
Garlic: 1 clove, minced
Toppings:
Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups (200 grams), shredded
Green Onions: 3 stalks, chopped
Tomatoes: 1 large, diced
Black Olives: 1/4 cup (30 grams), sliced (optional)
Cilantro: 1/4 cup (10 grams), chopped (optional)
Others:
Tortilla Chips: For dipping
Directions:
1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare Refried Beans Layer: Open the can of refried beans and transfer them to a bowl. 3. Mix in half of the taco seasoning until well combined.
4. Spread the seasoned refried beans evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Prepare Creamy Layer: In the same bowl (or a separate one), combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, remaining taco seasoning, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and creamy.
6. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the refried beans layer in the baking dish.
7. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
8. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the hot dip. Return the dish to the oven for a couple of minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Once melted, remove the dip from the oven and sprinkle the chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives (if using), and chopped cilantro (if using) over the melted cheese.You can do as much or as little of the toppings, feel free to adjust!
10. Serve the touchdown taco dip hot with tortilla chips making sure to get a bit of each layer for a delicious combination of flavors and textures. This touchdown taco dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at your Super Bowl party or any gathering. Enjoy the game with this flavorful and satisfying snack! 🏈🥳
