I tried it as something different from the normal Wim Hof breathing videos I routinely use from you. It’s understood that you need to constantly create new content and your vids are awesome. Personally I thought it was…okay, but it felt rushed. I guess I’ll go back to the other ones I always use everyday….over time it’s up to me to find out how to maximize the use of them.
For me it feels like most of my fear is the fear of 2 big, fat trauma-energy blockages in the lower belly and chest area. When these come up in any situation that triggers them, I get overwhelmed and paralyzed. I should somehow see these blockages differently and release them
I cannot inhale to the fullest through my nose. Even after my longest and like 5 more snorts of air my lungs still aren't as full as with a mouth inhale
