    I've been doing your 10 rounds of breathing for about 2 months now followed by an ice bath. Some of the things I noticed is, I'm mentally sharper and faster than people around me. I'm aware of breathing deeply through out the day. I don't procrastinate as much. I'm sticking to my workouts more. I don't need the acceptance of others. My intuition is spot on. I look better, feel better, and I'm more optimistic about my life. I seem to attract more younger pretty women. Even men are more attracted to me, in a none sexual way. Some guys seem to be jealous of me especially when there women are around me. That let's me know I'm doing it right. I did 3 rounds of breathing for about a year, then I did 6 rounds of breathing for about 2 years. I can feel a major difference between 6 rounds and 10 rounds. 3 rounds of breathing and a cold shower per day made me feel really good for a long time, 10 rounds of breathing and a daily ice bath put me on a superhuman level, spiritually, physically, and mentally. Thanks for your videos. You are doing the lords work.

      That sounds like an interesting version of "God". Can you elaborate?

    • @all-hands
      @all-hands 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Kanzu999 this moment four months ago was actually a very deep experience which started an awakening for me. Unfortunately I think any further elaboration would create further confusion. Once you have been consistently (24/7) practicing allowing everything to be as it is, and letting go of emotional reactions to your thoughts (easier if thoughts are quieted through Wim Hof / pranayamm / meditation / thousands of other practices documented over thousands of years) you will start to be changed to align with the flow and frequency of the universe, and will naturally fall into your true being which is the most enjoyable and beautiful feelings in life and it keeps growing forever.
      I highly recommend you listen to Michael Singer, Ram Dass, Alan Watts, and anybody else who resonates with you. The spiritual path it the purpose of your life, and I hope you consider it.
      For scripture I recommend the Bhagavad Gita, The Tibetan Book of the Dead, and the Dhammapada.

    • @Kanzu999
      @Kanzu999 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@all-hands I see that I have some stuff to check out. I've heard a bit from Alan Watts a few years back, but I'll admit I don't remember that much. This is a guess, but I think I've had a similar experience, although that was through eating magic mushrooms. In short, I experienced that it was revealed to me that I am the universe and the universe is me. It felt like the ultimate truth, and it also felt like the chains on my mind had been broken, and now it was in it's "true" state. I have never felt so much peace, beauty and harmony before, and it's safe to say that it's the most pleasant experience I've ever had.
      But the day afterwards, I was pretty confused, because I still think it makes sense to separate myself from the rest of the universe, and I don't think I can exist without my consciousness, which I believe is a result of some of the processes that happen in my brain. It made me want to understand how it's possible to have an experience like that, and I do have some ideas on why that might be possible.

    • @all-hands
      @all-hands 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Kanzu999 Exactly! I've had a few mushroom experiences that brought me to that place, but I wasn't sure if it could be possible without the shrooms. It turns out that they basically do the same thing that meditation, yoga, and spiritual practice does - silences the default mode network which is responsible for autobiographical memory and that voice in your head (mine used to make me miserable). After a few months of meditation I started to feel this strong pressure between my eyebrows and a constant flow of tension releasing from my body throughout the day. To keep it going I had to keep my mind clear, which I did by learning how to notice thoughts, realize I was not those thoughts but instead I was the one observing them, and then BOOM it feels like electricity shooting up my spine and out of my forehead. I realized the mind does not say truth, it just talks about what it already knows, so once you get out of it you begin to grow like you will not believe.
      If you haven't read or listened to Micheal Singer's books "The Untethered Soul" and "The surrender experiment" please consider those first. They changed my life to such an extent I tear up every time I think about it.
      Lots of love friend, happy breathing ❤️

    • @Kanzu999
      @Kanzu999 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@all-hands I told my mom about my experience afterwards (yeah that's the kind of awesome relationship I have with her), and she told me that it's exactly the same she has tried through yoga and meditation. She's gone to many retreats and also been a teacher for about 10 years. It's quite interesting that you can reach the same state through such different methods, and I definitely want to do more yoga and meditation (and breathing ofc) in the future. I've used Sam Harris' Waking Up app for quite a while, and I really like it.
      Those books sound really interesting, so I'll have to check them out!
      Lots of love and happy breathing to you too my friend ❤

      @@hmnorvell3771 No, first I always do minimum 1 cyclus of 3 rounds breathing exercises. After some time, half to one hour I do cold shower, but ultimately first I do the pleasant warm and hot shower and after I'm cooling with half cold water for max. 20 - 30 seconds, passing arms, legs and body and after that turning on max. cold water (about 6-7 Celsius degrees) for 60 - 90 seconds or dividing in 2 sequences of 40 - 50 seconds, depends how I'm feeling at the moment. ... and thank you for good wishes. I'm for now only holding on the right biological rhythm of my body and mind.

    Hi guys 😃
    I suffer for fibromyalgia for years and Wim came in my life last year when it was the hardest for. Beside fibromyalgia I got thrue chicken poxes. Now is also very difficult for me, but I believe a fresh wind is blowing. Constant adjustments and change of attitude is what I try to apply in my life. Not easy, but just do nothing is even harder.
    I managed to do all 10 rounds 💪👍.
    Today is 1. day, so let's do it tomorrow.
    Thanks for this 🤗

      Please, in addition to breathwork and other Yoga techniques, there is a great advantage working with cognitive enhancers such as MODAFINIL, methylphenidate, or Adderall (under prescription). Then, DMT and psylocibin are game changers for chronic pain.

    I've been doing the technical for over 4 years. This morning was the first time I've done this one. I was feeling so good, never saw round 9. I fell asleep, lol. I am 58 and have a bit of a sleep problem, so it was nice to get the extra sleep, and no I did not pass out, I had no problems holding my breath for over 2 minutes or the deep breathing. I was feeling really good.

    Recommended starting with 10 mins for a few days ... 3 or 4 rounds .. increase at your own pace don't force it .. do it laying down for most relaxing and energizing results (I've found sitting up doesn't work as well for me due to my back problems and knee fracture but each to their own).. this method is honestly the most incredible thing I've discovered in my 37 years .. and I took a lot of drugs when I was younger lol

    Lesser the physical movement before starting the Wim Hof breathing, the longer will be your final breath out-retention (Bahya Kumbhak as per Pranayama) time. So, it helps if one lies down totally still without even the slightest movement the whole time.

    warning, this is just your pre-breathing. Do NOT do this type of breathing or holding while doing cold exposure. It is the prep to be done before the exposure and in a safe spot lying or sitting back. You only need like 1 to 3 rounds before an exposure. But I strongly reccomend smoothing out a slow steady (and still deep) to get out of the high at least like 6-10 and then after that get up and go do the exposure. Just to make sure you dont faint.
    Breathing method during cold exposure is still deep breathing but more regular and steady.
    Im speaking from personal experience from a close call to fainting.
    And others tried this retention stuff while in the shower and fainted.
    Careful to differentiate.
    Enjoy!

      Definitely. Good advice Gwyddion. My son is a fainter, and we nearly lost him when he was 7 yrs due to falling face down on concrete. He’s a very fit man now, but still has episodes if standing for too long. I’ll be telling him NEVER to do it in the bathtub or spa, or pool, and only do it when sitting or lying down in a safe environment. It’s difficult for others to understand if they’ve never had this happen to them. ❤️🥰

    i did 6 rounds of this video last night after doing one on my own. i usually do three a day. i usually get to about 1:40 holding my breath. lately ive been getting to less, like 1:20. i also sometimes get what feels like intense vibrations in my face and my mouth seems stuck. i also get some tinnitis and muffled hearing leading up to the breath hold and it gets more intense as it goes on. this seems to come and go in a rhythm of several days. so last night when i did 7 rounds, and i had the vibrations, it began to get really intense and i had what i would describe as minor vision, images and such in my mind's eye, of people and things, quite random like a dream.

    Tried this for the first time after about a month of learning about Wim Hof breathing. It was a profound experience. My hands were pulsing a few rounds in, felt full of energy. My breath holds all seemed to go over 2 minutes with little effort, where my previous best was 1:30. During the session, I developed a deep hunger (the munchies) and sated it afterwards with gusto. Later I took a much needed cold shower. I can live like this...
