Last time I saw one of his videos was about 5 years ago. It never fails his workouts have always been eye catching. He still looks the same few more tattoos on neck but his workouts just makes one just want to hit the ground and start. I'm still having lingering covid symptoms. I just started walking. This has reminded me how the first time felt seeing him, made it inspiring to want to do his workouts again. Even to start off as a beginner , I'm just amazed how it makes me want to just do it. It's crazy how in my most difficult times it has crossed again to view it.
I been following your diet advice and lost the equivalent of a briefcase. A full one! Lost over 50 pounds so far. I had to postpone the workouts due to a shoulder injury. So i been walking a lot and keeping that caloric deficit going non stop. And eating the healthier foods has been great. I can eat more foods, it's way less calories, a lot more nutrients, and i feel 10 times better. Feeling like a million bucks. Well, maybe a very crisp $100 bill. Thanks man, the advice helped!! Just over 108 miles in so far this month.
Can I ask you to please make a "silent" workout (no jumping, neighbor-friendly) routine? You inspire me the most and keep me the most motivated trough working out, but I cannot allow myself to jump too hard, but if I don't do the excersises the same way /form that you do, I feel like I'm doing them incorrectly and that makes me give up, but I don't really want to give up 😐 I have been trying to create a routine for myself, but I don't have a buddy to do it with me, and when I'm following along with you it makes me less alone, if that makes sense. So, if I ever stumble on a no-jumping, yet difficult workout (could be for a specific part of the body, or for the entire body, overall) to do together with you, I would be very happy!
Chris three years ago I incorporated your isometric cardio workout and was a fit 200 lbds. Friends were stopping me in the street asking me how did I do it. Day 1 (06/03/2023): Evening Time it's really hard, have to cut down lil bit time for me, but refreshing (hard to follow along with Chris) able to exercises slowly and only for max 35 sec and have to pause video for longer break (sweating....) Not following any specific diet, cuz I'm only 16

I’ve been doing 4 rounds of his 8 Best Cardio Exercises 3x a week for 2 years straight & decided to try this one. Only was able to complete b/c I’ve been doing other routine but it kicked my butt. Trying something different will throw u off

My work is all morning, and i finished my work in 5:30 in the evening and then I watch this video and do workout. I saw in some tiktok vds that I still need to think about my food. I ate breakfast and lunch and then i do my workout in 5:30. i need to eat dinner? because I think eating dinner makes me gain weight
I fell sick with covid a month ago and had no energy for a long time 2 get back into working out as the sickness took alot out of me. But I finally got into this exercise just yesterday and man! It killed me (in the best way possible ofc). I definitely had to stop in between a couple of times even tho Chris advises to not but I just couldnt maintain good form if I pushed too hard. But anyways I also wanted 2 give up midway at the 10min mark as I felt really fatigued and weak but I still wanted 2 push through and I decided to do just that. I am really proud of myself for doing so even tho I was taking breaks in between. I finished the entire workout and collapsed lol. Started to shiver but nothing serious so dw. Couldnt walk down my flight of stairs after too!. And now it's next day and ofc I am sore. Hopefully 2morrow I'll b fine. But I like the feeling that I did alot. Its rewarding. Now idk if i can do 2 rounds lol..maybe not just yet. But i will keep doing this workout weekly which really makes me happy that it's just once a week!. Saves me alot of time 2 do other exercises and my other hobbies. But I intend 2 do 2 rounds eventually!
I’m getting back into running track and I need to get in race shape. This will help tremendously. After looking at my 800 time. I realized I have a long way to go 😭😭😭, but that time will go down.

There are 8 min workouts he has like these. Better to start there than risk injury and excessive soreness that will just slow down your progress.
