For those who are struggling with exercising and loosing weight please keep pushing! I started with Chris’ 10 minute HIIT video and that was the hardest exercise I had ever done in my life. Now, after 4 months of consistency, I just did this 20 minute video twice in a row. All that to say is if you keep pushing and create exercise habits, you can reach your goals!
I love these workouts because they are short and high intensity, great for those with busy days. I am a 60 year old woman and very proud that I can do 80-90% of what you do, though it takes all I have make it to the end! My suggestion for fellow seniors is to warm up well and slow down the movements at first to prevent injuries, and modify if you need to, but definitely do this! I also really appreciate the verbal reminders and encouragement during the workout. There are many excellent coaches on you tube, but if they don't talk to me, I'll turn them off in favour of someone who does. Excellent coaching, Chris!
I’ve been following this dude for almost 2 years ( I started with the 10 minutes complete cardio ). I went all the way from 87KG to 68KG . I’ve been doing this for 3 days in a row and rest for one day . Control your food and do this everyday if you wanna get quick results, if this seems difficult for you I recommend you to start with the 10 minutes workout first . (Today is my first 20 minutes complete cardio workout after two years of 10 minutes but still it wasn’t a piece of cake for me , so don’t worry)
Hi Chris, I started a week ago following your 10 minutes cardio. At first I'm already out of breath doing the first exercise, now I've started this 20 minutes workout and can finish the 3/4 of it. But seeing your story and how far you’ve come and how consistent you are motivated me not just work out again but do better in all aspects of life once more. Thanks so much for your videos. I loved this format! After one round, I thought, "I don't want to do another round, I can do another round, I will do another round". So I did two rounds and 40 minutes of sweat. The "sheesh" at the end is priceless, for this excellent workout. Chris, can you please do a HIIT with dumbbells? Thank you for this workout!

Bro!! I’ve been in about a two week slump. Decided today, it’s time to break it! Did this routine (as I’ve done so many times in the past), and crushed it!! Had to make some minor adjustments. But, for 42 years old, I am so proud of myself for pushing through!!
I've been following this guy's videos for a year or two now, I definitely recommend him for weight loss routines! I used to follow along to a 30 minute video for over a year that's also on this channel but switched over to this one a few months ago and it's not only saving me time but I'm sweating a lot more too! Maybe it's because my body was used to the parts of it that it was exercising from the last video I was watching every day but this is a great workout video for weight loss and maintaining your body. I'm probably 60 kilos or close to that? I haven't weighed myself in a while but last I checked I was 58 or 59 and I've been really skinny and thin and have been able to see my ribs for a long while. Daily exercise like this (or if you skip a day that's fine), drinking water and not overeating and having low amounts of things like sugar and if possible, not drinking or doing things like drugs and stuff are the key to having a healthy body imo. I used to weigh 110 kilos when I was 19 too and have lost not only my old weight but the excess leftover fat too which I thought I'd need surgery or something for, so you can reach your ideal body! Just keep at it, maintain a healthy diet, keep exercising and eat a normal amount of food and don't go overboard and you'll get there! It's not a race, it's moreso a change in lifestyle but it will happen much quicker than you think. You lose weight much much faster than you gain it.
I just finished doing this workout. Man, this was the toughtest thing in this month. The first 15 minutes I felt exhaused! However, I keep pushing myself and almost gave up on the 3rd exercise of the 4th quarter. After I had done all 4 quarters, I laughed in tears XD. First time finishing this workout! Although I had to lower the intensity, I did not give up!!

Wow, that's an intense workout! To estimate the calories burned, I'll assume you're doing each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. Based on a 150-pound (68 kg) person, here's an approximate calorie burn calculation: - Burpees (45 sec): 20-25 calories - High knee taps (45 sec): 15-20 calories - Mountain climbers (45 sec): 20-25 calories - Lunges (45 sec): 20-25 calories - Bicycle (45 sec): 15-20 calories - Burpees (no jump) (45 sec): 15-20 calories - Jumping jacks (45 sec): 25-30 calories - Plank alternative toe taps (45 sec): 10-15 calories - Squats (45 sec): 20-25 calories - Flutter kicks (45 sec): 15-20 calories - Burpees (no jump) (45 sec): 15-20 calories - Butt kicks (45 sec): 15-20 calories - In & out jump (45 sec): 20-25 calories - Alternative side lunges (45 sec): 20-25 calories - Russian twists (45 sec): 10-15 calories - Burpees (no jump) (45 sec): 15-20 calories - Second side hops (45 sec): 20-25 calories - Plank side to side (45 sec): 10-15 calories - Alternative curtsy lunges (45 sec): 20-25 calories - Seated in and outs (45 sec): 15-20 calories Total estimated calorie burn: approximately 350-425 calories Please note that this is a rough estimate and can vary depending on your weight, fitness level, and intensity. Additionally, this workout seems to be a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routine, which can lead to increased caloric expenditure even after the workout is completed (known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption or EPOC).
I did it with no breaks or skipping and it feels great man. Or at least it will when my face no longer feels like I'm diving head first into the sun. How does he look refreshed? Just gotta get good enough to look that way when I'm done too. Goals. 💪

I just wanted to say one big THANK YOU for making this video, and overall putting all the effort into making this channel so incredible! I really feel like I`m teaching myself some self-discipline, which is something that I`ve been struggling with for a long time! Physical results are one thing, but the mental ones are a completely different story. Thank you for making me feel stronger and more confident!

Really like these 20 min workouts. 20 mins is a slot most people can squeeze into their busy life and these are well presented and keep the mind challenged as well as the body.
This workout was tough but not unmanageable. I was sweating by the end, but I actually felt pretty good overall. I modified and/or reduced my speed when I was out of breath. Personally, I appreciated Chris' encouragement and instructions during the workout. That really helped me squeeze out an extra 5 to 10 seconds near the end of each exercise. Cannot wait to try some more. Thank you Chris!!💖👍
I felt like my soul were leaving my body after i finish this and then Chris tell me to do it again, "im dying right now ofc i wont be able to do it twice in a row, but lets try it", AND I DID IT!! Believe yourselves guys, you CAN do it!!!!!!
It was total full body cardio and intense as well Chris. You inspired me a lot every time you have a workout. That is why I kept on going because you always motivate me to do those things to be that strong. You really have a good cardio and watching this video, you teach us how to have a good and strong cardio just like you. You did it. I am a fan of yours. Keep it up. Thank you very much for that 20 minutes full body workout. I will try to do all those workouts in my future uploads. You are a man of workout Stay safe always. Stay fit Stay healthy. Wow, this is good for me cause I don't get a lot of time to workout. Thanks, Chris, keep motivating us.😇😇
Chris, I've done this routine daily since you posted it and I can't get enough of it. My absolute favorite right now, thank you so much. Much love ❤
Love these full body workouts. I need a video on how to build upper body strength 💪
Can't describe how much I liked this workout. It was killing.
Today is my cardio day and this workout will be part of it
Let's go🔥
Wow, that's an intense workout!
To estimate the calories burned, I'll assume you're doing each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. Based on a 150-pound (68 kg) person, here's an approximate calorie burn calculation:
- Burpees (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- High knee taps (45 sec): 15-20 calories
- Mountain climbers (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- Lunges (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- Bicycle (45 sec): 15-20 calories
- Burpees (no jump) (45 sec): 15-20 calories
- Jumping jacks (45 sec): 25-30 calories
- Plank alternative toe taps (45 sec): 10-15 calories
- Squats (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- Flutter kicks (45 sec): 15-20 calories
- Burpees (no jump) (45 sec): 15-20 calories
- Butt kicks (45 sec): 15-20 calories
- In & out jump (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- Alternative side lunges (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- Russian twists (45 sec): 10-15 calories
- Burpees (no jump) (45 sec): 15-20 calories
- Second side hops (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- Plank side to side (45 sec): 10-15 calories
- Alternative curtsy lunges (45 sec): 20-25 calories
- Seated in and outs (45 sec): 15-20 calories
Total estimated calorie burn: approximately 350-425 calories
Please note that this is a rough estimate and can vary depending on your weight, fitness level, and intensity. Additionally, this workout seems to be a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routine, which can lead to increased caloric expenditure even after the workout is completed (known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption or EPOC).
Man dude this is one of the hardest cardio exercise I have come across it's so intense 😃 thank you man
I did it with no breaks or skipping and it feels great man. Or at least it will when my face no longer feels like I'm diving head first into the sun. How does he look refreshed? Just gotta get good enough to look that way when I'm done too. Goals. 💪
This is exactly what I was looking for!

Thank you for providing such a Great Workout😀
Omg !!! Thought it was easy..soooo tiring 🥵🥵…thanks Chris for this awesome workout 💕💕
Great videos! Time to put in the work
It makes me feel happy that treadmill & running are not the only ways to train cardio, amazing vid sir!
