So when any transmission goes int o limp mode, does that automatically mean the fault is the transmission module ?

Mazda 3 have always had issues with their transmission control modules. Why has Mazda not replaced these under a national recall scheme.

Same here ,that the problem I’m having right now in my 2011 mazda 3
Need to have a recall in this problem
