I just found this study, which result is:
"Neither labral repair nor biceps tenodesis had any significant clinical benefit over sham surgery for patients with SLAP II lesions in the population studied"
what is your opinion on this?

I think that is a very interesting study and the reason why I do not operate on MRI findings but on patients. The clinical exam, as well as age, localization of pain, activity level, and failure of conservative treatment, all have to line up prior to considering this or any surgery. Thanks Hans
