    The Triphasic training method is absolutely incredible. Every strength coach must try. I just finished 1st block and my lift went up extremely. Conv deadlift increased from 180kg to 205kg

    I train 4 bball player but only have 2 day for training.
    So basicly ı use 1day lower body 1day upper body method.
    Lower body
    1-Strech-Dynamic Strech
    2- Mobilty - Stabilty
    3- Plyos or agilty speed
    4- Comp strength (squats-deadlifts)
    5- strenght (bulgarian splts - calf raise)
    6- core and strech+foam roll
    Upper body
    1-dyno strech
    2- mobil-stabil
    3-medball power moves
    4- strenght
    5- Core and strech

      Na bruh it’s allot of them nance jr, Robinson lll, pat con, etc. Like it’s pretty much most of the ones that are not star level players are all players who don’t get any playing time or they get playing time on an awful team

      Single leg strength is key! Lots of agility and Change of direction. Level 1 plyos need to be established for all sports!

      I trained with him 1 on 1 and we had similar programs. Everything went up massively for me, improved vert by 5 inches, cut 10 yard time down by 0.14 seconds and strength went up like crazy, all within 3 months. I highly recommend it
