    I went to a public school and the phys ed classes were garbage. Strengthening the gluteus medius should be taught by middle school everywhere for injury prevention.

      True, but they need to train in conditions similar to the ones they'll be playing in, they won't be playing basketball on a court barefoot. That can be after the training as an active cool down.

      If that's true then they wouldn't be in the gym working out. It's most likely their first time being in that kind of environment and add to that the fact that they're young and probably still timid around guys that's been in the gym. Yet you're here calling them out for having "no dog in them". FOH.

      BallinBoxer Fr. I remember when I first started going to the gym. It was nerve wracking. Any young kid working out on his own with a personal trainer has dog in them.
