Interesting to discuss the generational gap in anime. Nanahoshi would be more familiar with 2010's anime or perhaps 2000's depending on when this segment of the story was written. For 2000s a lot of shonen anime were present along with a lot notable slice of life or romance while 2010's ironically enough would be the emergence of Isekai anime along with a diverse mix of several genres.
There is a theory that say rudy (34) got reincarnated in 2021 based on the time he was bullied (20 years ago), flip flop handphone is trendy in japan at 2001 and seen used by the bully. By this theory, nanahoshi was born in 2004 and probably grown up with late 00s and early 10s anime

Mushoku Tensei was the first series that ever made me want to read the source material after watching it. I love this series so much. I know it's in a lull right now, but it's about to get good and it'll stay good for quite a while. Don't know how many future seasons we will get, but I hope they'll atleast get to Eris's return (more happens than that, but I don't want to spoil it lol). Love the content, keep it up.

@@KhanMann66 yeah, if they don't adapt the whole story than that's probably the best stopping point they could work with. I don't want to spoil everything, but having him reunited with all his love interests would be an okayish spot to stop it. Would still miss a bunch, but it'd end on a bang and a happy moment.
I think novel/manga fam already spoil like up season 7 of mushoku tensei (if we have 2nd part to each of them)

That table in the hidden office --the whole hidden office unto into itself- gave me strong West World vibe, when Bernard was doing his fateful investigation in season 1 (of West World, that is).
Having finally read the books I think it’s in arcs like this that the book truly shines imo.
Like the extra stuff is fun but seeing rudeus actually live life to the fullest compared to his previous life was great

It was such a sweet episode to ease us into part two. At first I was concerned that Rudy was doing these things without talking to Sylphy about it, but she seemed quite impressed by the house.
Rudy no doubt built a hidden shrine to Roxy's holy pantsu in that basement.

The cut content that even this video missed was when Rudeus called Cliff senpai which made Cliff upset. Cliff asked Rudeus to stop using honorifics but Rudi declined saying he respects Cliff too much to not use them. It was a nice touch and I don’t know why the anime didn’t include it since it was just two lines.
