First time doing Emi Wong’s Pilates in a year since being pregnant😩I gave birth two weeks ago and these workouts are not that hard but definitely have me feeling the burn in all the right places! Well Emi is amazing person she don't know but she help me in my wrost she changed me from 84kg to 45kg thanks alot Emi you are a real Superhero 💜 and also i achieve my dream body and weight but still i do her workout for fun🤗

Yes, I did! but I was doing it with another pilates vid for 8min. and yesss its reallyy useful. Try it u wont lose any thing. and do some diffrent workout u'll be happy with the results! .♡ 🦋

Hey, Emi! I'm 13 and I'm 160 cm and I weigh 65 kg. I'm really fat and I've been trying to lose weight. I've been working out this whole month to at least lose 2 kg, but I didn't. I've been doing your HIIT workouts and Long and slim 15-minute stretch workout (plus a few other workouts). I also want to grow taller but I've only grown 5 cm since the past 2 years. Can you tell me why it is so? I would love your advice!
Hello Sahiti, I am not Emi but regarding your height I think you still have time to grow because I entered High School at 163cm and left High School at 167-69cm (I am 170cm rn in my 20s). Ad you grow, your weight will accomodate you as well so don't worry, I was also in the 60kgs in high school/in my teen years. As you grow your body will distribute the weight differently. Most importantly, working out as a child used to , I guess send my metabolism into shock? So I would gain weight (I used to do Tae-bo). My advice (that you didn't ask for😅) is to focus on being fit (I believe these work outs increase stamina and contribute to fitness) and not so much weightloss because you are so so young and your body is changing due to hormones more than it is from external factors. Just eat well, have sugar occaaaassionally and drink lots of water. Exercise also helps you sleep well which in turn leads to less stress and more focus.

@@sahitigunturu1411 aw I am only seeing your response now but I'm so glad you feel better Now in my twenties is my first time being able to see ab lines when I suck in and I think it's because doing stuff like this along side aerobics has helped me build enough stamina to properly so ab work outs
hi, losing wieght is not visible during inital stage but keep doing it, take 1 day rest after 3 or 4 days workout to make sure your body isn't in pain, eat healthy(homemade food), and if you want to eat pasta and all try to make it at home.. have a cheat day once a week so your body or mind won't starve junk food... for height, ride bicycle.. it helps a lot.. bicycle ride should be your daily routine, it will freshen up your mind and tone your body and in long run, will increase your height..ride for at least 30 mins or 1hr... trust me it helps( I have seen live example) simply riding cycle and not doing workout will also help, but do not workout to loose fat but to be fit internally and externally....
