    가공식품제한하고 감자 생감자즙도 유행되다 일시적효과있지만 감자는 껍질째 먹는것이 건강에좋고 껍질에 비타민이 듬뿍들어있는데 감자칼로 사라지고 수용성이라 껍질까면서 제거되니 껍질까지 다 섭취하면 밥대신 먹어서 포만감을 느끼고 다이어트식품으로 인기가많은이유군요

    원장님조언에 사과 양배추 당근을 함께갈아서 아침대용으로 먹은지 한달여만에 감자도첨가했고 자죽염가루 한티스푼넣어 함께갈은뒤 유기농 압착올리브유 한큰술타서 먹으니 맛도간가무리한게 먹을만하네요

    저는 감자 삶아서 껍질 채 밥대신 먹고 있습니다
    소화도 잘 되고 포만감도 있어서 배가 고프지 않아서 너무 좋습니다

    요즘 다이어트중 인데 감자 히ㅡㄴ개을 먹으면 좋겠습니다 우유와함께 계란도 완전식품도 아니네요 아치에계란반개을 커피와 과일 두쪽 이렇거 머코 점시은 떡 한개정도 저녁은 5시에 밥 한공기 생선 야채와먹어요 이제는 점심에 감잘 교체해야죠 감사합니다

      저는 당뇨있어도 밥대신 감자두알 우유1컵 사과반쪽 샐러드 삶은계란1개 이렇게 챙겨먹고있어요..

    사과랑 같이 감자를 보관하면 사과에서나오는 에틸렌 가스로인해 감자가 싹을트지못한다하네요

    배고팠는데 다섯개 먹으니 배불러요.
