Everyone has to start somewhere. I started learning the trade in a small engine mechanic school back in 1973 and ended up became a commercial small engine mechanic overtime, and ended my career in 2022…
Yes you made some errors but that’s part of learning. I didn’t finish watching the video because I ‘m at home and have a neighbors walk behind mower to tear down too do but will come back and watch the rest of it…
I suggest you invest in a good quality piston stop to make task of removing the connecting rod cap bolts much easier and later on I may suggest a few other tools and or tips but I do not sell tools or in the business of selling anything but will free offer you help.

According to the shop manual, those connecting rod bolts and the crank case cover bolts should be torqued to 12Nm (9ft--lbs)

brutal it’s a key way with a woodruff key not a shear pin and it’s a flywheel nut not a bolt and snug up the bolts and nuts on your puller and it wouldn’t flop around like that and go so much easier. i’m not sure if i can watch the entire down you need some learning before you teach your hacks!

You would need to replace that engine half. So basically a complete engine rebuild. Usually the Hondas are worth rebuilding.

I took my Honda mower that 10 years old to mower repair shop for them to say I can buy a new mower for 549 or 599 new instead of fixing governor and springs due to mower running at a wide open throttle besides that mower runs great they refuse to repair mower the shop wanted 350 to repair mower labor rate 100hr I probably can fix it myself but I'm a truck driver who always gone and when I come home I usually go to cutting my grass and yard work before taking a shower , I was hoping there was a easier way without break down engine without taking engine completely apart

For example, replace the valve cover when you bend it like that at taking it off and clean it and replace the silicone (if reusing the old cover). You will never get it sealed again when it's bent, even with fresh silicone. And it IS a ton of oil that splashes around in there.
It might have worked in your case but usually the spill and drip afterwards.

Try workbench. You will get results with wood ones, but you should hopefully find metal ones as well. The one in my video was given to me by a customer. He was going to scrap it and asked if wanted it.
