May have in the full interview. He usually addresses it by recommending, for menopausal women suffering with hot flushes, to consume soya milk and mature soy beans which show effective results
there is so much information out there one week it is no oil and nuts the other week the rage is something totally else. I am going to listen to my body. And stop listening to all these message.
If you’re listening to the right doctors, the information doesn’t change. Dr. Fuhrman, Dr. Michael Gregor, Dr. Goldhammer, Dr. Colin Campbell, Dr. Esselstyn
Same here. Early menopause gifted me with 20 lbs of weight. Although i was never overweight, i was not feeling myself. I tried several diets and none seems to work until....autophagy happened. I started with intermitting fasting, 16/8, then 20/4, then one meal a day. But only after few cycles of water fasting for two days in a row, my body reset and burnt fat like a fireplace. It was like magic
@Betteralist. How often did you do the 2-day water fastings & over what length of time? My experience has been almost exactly as you describe, except I haven't tried the 2-day fasting yet.
It's true. I can eat the same amount of calories on a given day over time and if my fat content is high, weight loss slows or stops. I have noticed this for YEARS. I eat whole foods plant based. I mostly avoid going over 30 grams of fat a day. Peanut butter is a weakness. I have to weigh it and if I eat it, it is the final item of the day.
I tell everyone interested in starting: Learn to cook! :) Our society isnt set up for success with a whole food plant based diet. Some of us will really have to plan and carve it out.
Ground chia and flax are your new best friends if you are trying to lose weight or feeling sluggish, also eat lots of fresh fruits and veg but you knew that already right?
He didn't address the hormone question.

Now here is a man with the courage to speak the truth openly and unabashedly.

theres no problems with oils and nuts as long as you control its calories. those things are very caloric dense. both have good nutrients on them.
I have so much respect and adoration for you both.
Thank you for helping me save myself.

It's not animal products, it's carbs and sugar. Look at people's results on the carnivore diet. Rapid weight loss!
@@Celwoodngl if your body can handle Carnivore, that is the best diet to lose weight
yogurt is good.
Some people don't do well on carbs, so to say randomly to avoid animal products is crazy

Asked about hormones…avoids talking about insulin. The most important hormone in weight loss.
I think the idea's eat a small amount of food that's nutrition rich.
Nutrition rich food is the only food to eat the only thing is you shouldn't feel hungry just eat a little bit of it
No avocado, nuts or animal products…forget anything packaged.. im turning into a squirrel and rabbit…
or a silverback gorilla
Savage advice
Clean animal products and avocados are fine 😂😂😂wth
The easiest diets to loose weight are the keto and carnivore diets... What are these people taling about? :)

Intermittent fasting will fix all her problems
I eat WFPB religiously, and I do intermittent fasting, and it’s still a terrible struggle to lose weight because of being hypothyroid.
