- In this video I install the Hobby Park Aluminum Suspension Arms. Make sure to have Loctite Blue Threadlocker on hand so your screw wont back out.

I got some hobbyfire ones off Amazon, green aluminum. I kept breaking the plastic ones. So far, so good. They seem to make the suspension feel stiffer, but it drives the same. I did use loctite on the screws. I just put a 5200kv brushless motor and esc, now the differentials are clicking a little. Gonna have to shim them. It does wheelies now when it takes off. Parts are cheap on these, makes it nice for beginners like me.
Just ran mine in the cold and the arm broke instantly when it grazed my car tire. Oh, well. Heard they break often, so I bought a couple pairs of the Traxxas S. ARMS. Will just fix when I get home and look for these upgrades too, when I have time.
It puts the lotion on it's skin, or else it gets the hose again.
I have the hobby park a arms as well but I lost few screws on it and I ended up putting the stock a arms to have my latrax prerunner going. I need extra hardware to put back to install the a arms on again.
Did you add blue threadlocker
@@rcxventures I believe at first I didn't but I noticed the screw was getting loose and I did apply blue thread locker and then I saw it was gone.
I recommend it on all metal to metal parts unless it articulates
@@rcxventures yes indeed I noticed the front ones having play and the steering on my latrax prerunner is unpredictable and very sensitive when acceleration.
