@6:05 regardless of how one feels, losing the headphones jack is losing choice when it comes to how you wanna enjoy your audio. For me, it's both easier to have it, and I have a firm belief switching to wireless means taking up more battery to achieve that, so that's definitely a turn off for me.
yeah no wireless shit can ever keep upp with a full day of listening. i have had expensive shit and cheap shit and nothing has ever worked properly. atleast with the audio jack you can get 20-30$ headphones that work well enough for few months rather than spend 200$just so have wireless stuff that fits comfortably in your ear and don't blow upp after few weeks of listening to music and falling asleep with them on.
@@gaz2298 again, an unnecessary inconvenience that can easily be avoided by the inclusion of a headphone jack. There's no reason to remove the feature when thousand if not million of people still use it.
@@boussIRL i definitely agree it's dumb. it just must be that these companies who do very intense market research have figured enough people dont care and so they've removed it. Personally i fucken hate it, although the only downside is that two of my phones 'waterproofing' were undermined by the headphone jack. that might be a positive i guess.
@@gaz2298 My opinion is that Apple started the whole trend not because their research said it was sound, but because they wanted to force everyone towards this "portless" future and because people buy iPhones regardless of features removed, the sales of jack-less phones made other companies think it'd be a cool thing for them to do as well. Basically, it's Apple's fault and we all suffer the loss of beloved features because of it.

@@Aryzon13 I have One Plus 7 pro, Snapdragon 855, 12 gig RAM, 90 hz screen. Sholud I have it? But it's locked to 30 fps and you can't change it, even if I switch to 1080p resolution. You were able to unlock it by rooting you phone and messing with game config files. Essentially installing pirated version of the game and hacking it. But this was fixed in the latest versions of the game and no longer works. You can google it on XDA forum. Or 4PDA forum. But even when it worked, my phone was only able to run it at 40-80 fps with drops to 30. Snapdragon 865 is only like 20% more powerful, so it is not even close to run at stable 120 fps. Game developers did this because it is competitive online game, and they want every android user to be on even terms to compete. You can google it on official Ashpalt's developers site. I'm sure they working hard to optimize their game, but its difficult, because every android phone has different hardware and software. The only phone that runs Asphalt 9 at 60 fps is Apple iPhone with latest A13 chip. Because every latest iPhone has the same hardware and software it's way easier to optimize. It is similar to PC vs Console dilemma.
@@xRaddicKx Asphalt 9 is 60 fps on the S10(regular). I've enabled it on mine. No root, app straight from the store. The Note 10+ a friend had didn't have the option. Your phone's specs is irrelevant. The developers have to choose to make the option available for your phone regardless if it's powerful enough or not. They just haven't given the option to the One Plus. So no, it isn't locked to 30fps on every android phone. Even with your PC vs Console analogy, Console games don't run the same on PS4 as they do on the PS4 Pro and certain games were specifically patched to work better on the PS4 Pro.
@@donemu9096 So it works on S10 right now? Not like half a year ago? If its true, that's cool. That's even more bizzare when it doesn't run 60 fps on Note 10 +, which is the phone from the same company, still flagship and with higher specs then s10. Regardless, the developers of the game doing something shady there. Hope they fix that in future, at least for all phones on flagship chips like 855, 855+ and 865. The question is, does s20 run it on 60 fps? And I'm pretty shure it won't run at 90 or 120. There'se just simply not enogh horsepower in phones yet. Give me the proof if I am wrong. Or tell me where to find it plz, I'm curious. I'm not going to debate about consoles, I don't have one.

07:15 "The sensor being smaller.." Before, MKBHD said that the bigger the sensor, generally the better the image. Now we appreciate smaller sensors because of the Ultra focus-gate 🤣
You don't even have to work too hard for getting longer zoom with larger optics because smaller sensors have advantage with cropping! This makes zooming more easier
@@Falcrist Yeah, but smaller sensors use smaller lenses for longer focal lenghts. If you compare Micro Four thirds sensor to full frame sensor, micro four thirds can use 25mm focal lenght that equals for 50mm focal lenght, while full frame sensor needs way larger 50mm lens to get that 50mm focal lenght. Therefore smaller optics can be used with smaller sensors to get that long zoom
Let’s just take a second to appreciate the amazing photograph at 07:17, I mean it’s just beautifully minimalistic and well composed. Well done Marques!
He had to test how the higher refresh rate affect user experience in different kind of games, so what? Also there's no such a thing as a "tRuE gAmEr" on a phone; at best you get "true payers" or people wasting their life grinding for a virtual gun, and that's as good as it gets.

More PC's than you realise do. And it's not just for 8k screens... When you shoot with more pixels you can crop in much more without any noticeable loss in quality. Also future proofs whatever footage you are recording.
I'm living in a third world country right now and all they sell in the stores are 4K TV's. If here it became a standard then they are actually quite popular right now.
The 8k is still coming out from a phone camera. It won't beat good 4k camera. Hence why most will still stick with 4k, even if video editors will have better time at 8k (you can do 2x zoom/crop on the videos and it'll still be 4k)

>Plays a game that has 60 FPS lock
Actually Asphalt 9 has a 30 fps lock on every android atm
@@xRaddicKx Pretty sure several phones have 60 fps option. Galaxy S20 should have that as well.

Before, MKBHD said that the bigger the sensor, generally the better the image. Now we appreciate smaller sensors because of the Ultra focus-gate 🤣
"The bigger the sensor, the better the image (assuming similar design and quality)... but *_optics also matter_*"
Bigger sensors need better optics
You don't even have to work too hard for getting longer zoom with larger optics because smaller sensors have advantage with cropping! This makes zooming more easier
@@abhishekreddy2425 Not really. You can always just crop the image from the larger sensor.

Tbh most of us have 1080p screens and a small portion 4K. The 8K video recording might be too overkilled because most PCs won't be able to handle well 8K video editing.
My pc do so I am curious
More PC's than you realise do. And it's not just for 8k screens... When you shoot with more pixels you can crop in much more without any noticeable loss in quality. Also future proofs whatever footage you are recording.
I'm living in a third world country right now and all they sell in the stores are 4K TV's. If here it became a standard then they are actually quite popular right now.
but i think the 8k is of low bit rate and most decent pc can edit that low quality 8k, or you can use proxies for editing .
The 8k is still coming out from a phone camera. It won't beat good 4k camera.
Hence why most will still stick with 4k, even if video editors will have better time at 8k (you can do 2x zoom/crop on the videos and it'll still be 4k)
