      If anyone is interested in doing colon cleansing at home the greatest success that I have ever had was by using the Dajons Health Plan (just google it) - I found it the best method i've seen.

    Since cutting back on sugar - mind you today and yesterday didn't go so well :) - and TRYING to remember to chew more thoroughly, I have way less bloating. (These things thanks to your videos, I should add.)

    I have recently started watching your videos while I work on or implement these new habits or projects. I find a calm inspiration & simplicity to your approach.
    I study psychology, namely CBT & work in social services. The importance to advocate for oneself, others, create space & time for healing, connection & create solution oriented, reward based activities for an individual is key.
    I too have read Eckhart Tolle & enjoy watching those teachings come to life while I participate in your approach.
    I look forward to more videos. I especially enjoy the organization & 'Day in the Life' videos as I am a retired housekeeper & professional organizer. I still love to clean & organize! Doing it now😊
    After a month of watching I feel more at ease & uplifted. A sense of positive control.
    Thank you🌸

    I had very difficult digestive issues true to an immune disorder. About a year ago,I started ballet and Barre for.fitness and stamina. My stomach issues began to resolve and I totally attribute it to the strengthening of my core muscles and there is a lot of twisting and stretching involved too. I thought your vlog was wonderful. I am going to try the dandelion tea. Thanks for the info.

    I love your Videos and watch, as well as Save, each one! I learn A LOT! Some of Today's subjects, I did know, but one always needs to be reminded! That's the "Mindfulness" that we need to practice! The "Presentation" of Home prepared food is so important as well (as you demonstrated) so that Eating is never something to be Gotten Thru so you can get on with your busy life! We've been practicing that more lately, just preparing quality food, "Presenting" it on the plate (a good time to practice Portion Control) & then not doing anything else but sit down & talk with one another, taking time between bites, so as to SAVOR one's food!🍽️🥰

    • @meghanlivingstone

    • @desiree2086
      @desiree2086 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why not taking a good probiotic supplement? Yakult contains a lot of sugar and there is only 1 strain of bacteria (Lactobacillus casei) in it. It's much more sensible to take a supplement with more strains of different bacteria.
